All of those are obtainable without the need for wishes.
1: new job- apply
2: no hair - rogaine/wig
3: beautiful woman- go outside
4: million dollars - rob a bank/ invest/ save / new job/ start a business-dont make others rich
5: new house - see #4
6: sound system- thrift and second hand stores, I have two full sets of speakers, bought for $40 altogether, yamaha and sony
I need to find some more to have over-head sound.
