This reminds me when Star Wars first came to DVD and people claimed they were not going to buy it and going to boycott it. I had a lot of friends say that to me but then the day it was released they ran right out and bought it. lol Many people who claimed the same thing online did as well...
See, I don't recall a lot of complaints about the DVDs, until after they came out...and then, the main issues of contempt seemed to be the shaded lightsabers and Hayden's appearance in "Jedi".

As for the deleted scene, I'm glad that one wasn't kept in the film. It kinda robs the reveal of the Saber on the Skilff.
Hmm, wasn't there a listing before all the changes we would see? As for the Luke construction scene I hope it gets added into the original it really shows a dark theme in the movie over how tempting the darkside can be.

I'm definitely waiting to buy until I hear about the video quality; poor quality means higher chances of a re-release. Still, will be nice to have some Star Wars discs of my own, assuming the video isn't something terrible.

Any chance the full set is just a larger box that contains both the smaller sets (and their art), along with the extra disks?

Why Yoda as the main character on the prequel box art?

The separate trilogy boxes look a little clustered but the final product might look cool (i.e. any holographics or lenticulars). Loving the Saga Box! Is that Luke behind Anakin?

Better than Jar Jar.

(Someone had to say it.)

Although I honestly say I would have preferred Jar Jar on the "Complete Saga" set to Wittle Annie.

There's been no mention of anything other than what's been shown/reported already (6.1 DTS-HD MA Audio, the Cover art for the OT, PT, & Complete Saga, along with the Commentaries, etc.).

Someone posted a couple pages back, give or take, that they'll be showing more of what Exactly the sets will consist of at COMIC-CON (usually in July, in San Diego).

i dont mind the cover art for the complete saga; it includes something from both trilogies: journey of anakin and luke, but most importantly - its clean and simple. the yoda and vader covers look WAY TOO BUSY. cant wait to get my hands on this.

I said I wasn't going to complain much...but I really have to say i'm dissappointed that we aren't getting the Harrison ford and Mark Hammil commentary...

because how many devout Star Wars fans actually have a 5.1 home theater set up at home anyways, let alone 6.1 ?? ... oh wait: ME!

Because C3PO isn't the main character of the story? But graphically, it is nice, except the top seems a bit empty.

Even Dawn of the Dead ultimate edition DVD cover was more stylish IMO...
