Well, they bother me and I don't think people like myself who are bothered by it should be dismissed so flippantly. Vader NEVER had a pink lightsaber. He's not Rainbow Brite, he's Darth Vader! It's supposed to be red and that color of pink that's being showed in ESB is an absolute disgrace.

I'm going to have to scrounge together every penny I can get for this set. I like in the UK, and by the look of the packaging we've had already, it looks disappointing. However, if the contents of the discs do not disappoint me, then of course I'm not going to gripe about it.

Never ever remotedly while watching Darth Vader in the CINEMA, i ever thought, wow that lightsaber looks magenta always evil red (Yeah and since a lightsaber emits light, in its center the red desaturating to white, making the cinematic illusion that it was a very powerful energy that could cut through everything like a molten white hot core of a sun).

You're going to have to do better than that, Deciazulado. Facts and visual evidence don't work on here. People take murky camera shots of a tv playing an old VHS and try to say the lightsabers are SUPPOSED to be pink.

Since the films have been given a blue hue the pink/magenta is expected, but that doesn't make it right.

If you really have them(although who is to say that you might not digitally manipulate them to make the saber red!) .
