Wow, it'll be cool to see Flossie on Blu-ray. It's on one of Alpha Blue Archive's Young Lust volumes in a really washed-out SD print.

The movie is based on a pretty entertaining Victorian novel that I read a couple years ago. Even though the movie is an extremely low-budget affair, it's a costume drama set in Victorian times. It's pretty funny to hear the performers use Victorian words like "gamahuche."

Maybe—it turns out that I was talking about the wrong movie. A really low-budget early adult film based on Flossie was made in 1971, which is the version I saw and that is included on the Alpha Blue set, but Dark Force is releasing the 1974 remake, which I haven't seen. Judging by the photos on IMDb, it looks like a much slicker film than the 1971 version, but given the director's other films, it might be borderline hardcore, because a lot of his other movies—even the ones with hardcore scenes—lean toward softcore. Personally, I would've been more interested in the 1971 version.
