Recently imported I Start Counting from the States, i thought i read somewhere that the BFI didn't have any plans for this title, oh well looks like i will be double-dipping again and a Flipside release to boot!

Jungle Fever, Salaam Bombay, Radio On and I Start Counting are great news, and I'm sure I'll pick up the Play for Today sets at some point too! County Lines is one I knew they were releasing theatrically so I'm curious to see that too. Great announcements!

Yes i love the movie and the Flipside collection (i own about three quarters of them)

I ordered the Fun City release during the VS Black Friday Sale with some other discs so not a disaster but every year i promise to cut down on double-dipping but never seem to make it to February before i weaken.

Not gonna bother double dipping on I Start Counting, the Fun City release is great.
Radio On is amazing news though, it's such a great road movie. It's on my british films still not on blu ray holy grail wishlist.
I still need to pick up Play For Today Vol. 1 but i'm in no rush for those.

Super excited to see Piccadilly. That's one of my favorite silents and I can happily upgrade from my Milestone DVD. It's a pity because of the anti-miscegenation laws that Anna May Wong didn't get to star in more films like this, but she's one of my favorites.

Always happy to see more Spike and I suppose this is natural after Tales from the Hood (Universal/40 Acres) and Dietrich (Universal). Was thinking Arrow or Indicator might pursue the Spikes but BFI are even more welcome considering their existing library of Black cinema.

Was thinking Piccadilly I might have to rely on DVD for.

It looks like they have kept the extras from the DVD (Interview with Petit/Griffiths and the Radio On remix) and have added a commentary and according to the Zavvi listing other extras tbc.

Absolutely - I saw Just a Boy's Game recently on iPlayer and it was so freakin' tremendous I can't wait to see it again. It looks like a very solid lineup - roll on Vol. 3!
