I think it will be available on NowTV.

That is what I was planning until I remembered it puts in ad breaks. I hate that.

I'm going to wait for it to come to iTunes instead. I'll be buying each season eventually so I may as well watch the final episodes in a good format.

Any know how long after a season airs that it comes to the US iTunes Store.

I never use Youtube and don't social media so I'm fine there.

This site and the movie news I visit will be problem - Empire in particular who have spoiled several Walking Dead deaths for me in stories unrelated to either the show or the actors - but staying off the internet is easily done.

I went three years without having the Red Wedding spoiled before I began watching the series when Season 4 premiered.

I managed to avoid Season 7 spoilers too.

I think I also started watching around that time. I had heard references to the Red Wedding and a lot of people wailing about it but fortunately no details and by the time it happened I had forgot the chatter.

I don’t think I’ve ever had anything spoiled for me in the show. I don’t actually know anyone who watches it.

Hopefully the upcoming season will appear on iTunes soon after the finale.

I watched the show for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Binged all 7 seasons in 6 days (what a task that was).

For several years on facebook, I saw memes and references about the red wedding, hold the door, etc. I never saw the show, but flipping through HBO every once in a while you definitely see some scenes even though I had no idea what was going on.

When I watched the show for the first time, all the memes/references from all those years clicked and made sense but I never actually watched clips of the red wedding or hold the door back in those years when the episodes were brand new and the topics were hot on social media, so they were fresh and brand new in my eyes.

Based on previous HBO releases, iTunes should have it about a month after the finale airs.

Well since it was explained that this last season would be much shorter with longer run times it would be really lame if they were basically the same length as normal seasons much like s7 with a small exception. Problem is the show felt rushed. I fear this will happen with s8 as there's a lot of ground to cover in 6 episodes.

I don't binge either, but I was pressed for a deadline. I had 9 days to watch the entire series before traveling on the road for work until May (Where I currently am). It was either watch them all on my 70" screen at home, or watch them here and there my laptop (my HBO account wouldn't work overseas).

For this season, I'll make every effort to watch every episode live whether I'm in an airbnb or hotel (have a laptop to HDMI cable with me so if I'm staying in a hotel in the States I can just use my HBO account and watch it on whatever big screen TV is in the room).

I also never watched an episode of the office until a few months ago. Binged that over several months and really love it.

I hope I don't see a single real teaser from this. Read the books a few times, watched the show many times. I am so freakin' ready for a real ending. I don't think GRRM will ever finish the books, so this is probably it.

There was some new footage.

Before True Detective came on they do the HBO teasers for various shows and there was a 3 second clip of Sansa saying to Dany "Winterfell is yours my Queen" inside Winterfell.

Soon as in...after Season 8 finishes? or soon as in just before Christmas, so people can spend ridiculous money on these as gifts?
