It will be cheaper. The current listed price is with just 10% off. So, might be in the neighborhood of $24.99 on some site/in store.

Just noticed the set says "Leprechauns". I hope it doesn't end up being something totally different.

Chopping Mall
That Chopping Mall news is from Friday, August 23, 2013, when people got their hopes up. No idea what really happened with it. Seemed more like wishful thinking of a BD release. Has anyone heard anything concrete since? I'd happily buy it if and when it actually comes out.

I just hope it doesn't have the Hornswoggle one. As much as I enjoy him in his recent stuff with 3MB (what a shock you have people imitate Heath Slater and it turns straw into gold) I cannot accept him as the Leprechaun.

Hornswoggle as the new Leprechaun? Looks like another film series ruination by WWE Studios, they didn't put much effort into finding the best little person possible to be the new Leprechaun. Will wait for it to premiere on SyFy Channel, long live the Warwick Davis movies.

If this set is for the 6 Warwick Davis films, I'd assume that "Origins" the New Hornswoggle film wouldn't be included. I'd think that the set would serve long term fans as a way to get the old stuff out onto the market, while meanwhile the Hornswoggle film will be sold separately and be treated as the beginning of a new series of WWE produced Leprechaun films.

I assume it will be so cheap because it will either be a bare bones 3 disc set with 2 movies per disc or if they get really cheap a 2 disc set with 3 films per disc. I don't think it will be a 6 disc set

I can see it as a three disc set.
1&2 were often paired together on DVD.
3&4 were both Brian Trenchard-Smith movies.
5&6 are both "In Da Hood".

I forgot the "Da Hood" ones. If they left those off the set, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

This is awesome, I'm really a huge fan of the original film. It would be very pleasing if there was some bonus material for the first time ever for any of the first four films.

I'll have to pick this up. When I was a kid, I did some community theatre with Brent Jasner, the hero of Leprechaun in Space. That movie always cracks me up.

They should get Aniston to do commentary on the first one. I'd love to see how it would go.

Bigger stars should do commentaries like this. You're not that busy/important to spare twenty minutes of your time. Instead of acting like you're above it all why not look back and laugh, reflect and remember?

I guess I don't get the mindset.

To be fair it would be more than 20 minutes of her time to record a commentary. Realistically, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if she wouldn't record an interview if asked... but they'd never ask her. She seems like the kind of person who could look back at it and laugh a bit.

She might not want to see her old nose again.

I doubt Aniston sees this as her crowning achievement, but she does seem to have a good sense of humor about it when it is brought up in interviews.

I don't see her contributing to this release (she's one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood), but I appreciate that she can acknowledge the film with a laugh.

Back 2 tha Hood (or whatever it is) was just horribly stupid. I owned the DVD for the longest time. Funny, I never owned the one I loved, which is the first one. I did like the third one. I've seen In Space and did not care for it, though it was better than Back 2 tha Hood, and I've never seen In the Hood. I'm not surprised to see the boxset though with the new movie being made.
