You will need to set the field "Maximum Number of DHCP Users:" to more objects than you have.

Say you set that to 15, then you can set your IP address for your PS3 anywhere from 192.168.1.101 to 192.168.1.115.

Tha Laptops and Desktop will most likely find their own IP address which will be at the start of the range 192.168.1.101 - 103.
As well the Iphone might do the same, so 105 may be safe, but if you pick 110 you will be ok for sure.
Hmm, can you dumb it down a bit? I understand how to access the router but am confused on step 2 from your post above. My PS3 is wired but everything else is wireless. I cant find the forwarding ports in my router...
Static IP, DNS, DCHP is all lingo I dont understand. I did set my max number from 50 to 15 though. Thanks.

You can set the last digits of the IP to whatever you want, as long as it is between 1 and 99. If you have 5 items, you would probably want to select 192.168.1.7 or something like that.

For example, mine is 192.168.1.20

1. The first step is to give your PS3 a static Ip address. All the info you need to do so should be found on your computer by running command prompt and typing "ipconfig /all". Enter the DNS server and all the other info from there it asks for, but then pick the IP address yourself, make sure it is in range of what your router is set to, I went with 192.168.1.105, unless you have more than 4 computers that number would be fine.
Next
2. On the router setting page (192.168.1.1 in the internet address bar) under port forwarding, forward ports 80, 443, 5223, 3478-3479, and 3658 to the static IP address you gave the PS3.Give the forwards a name, any you wish.Be sure to check enable beside it.
3. Still on the router settings page go to "administration" then "management" and disable UPnP

You should then be fixed and the PS3 should tell you it is a NAT2 connection
forgive me for the lack of detail as I am at work right now and do not have the page in front of me.

Goodluck, any other questions feel free to post or send me a pm
is there any settings that you would need to change on the ps3>? thanks
