Go for it! You seem to be a good omen! I ordered Nightmare Alley about 6 months ago and it didn't work... I already got Dead End about a year ago and still nothing

The UK one was announced in March 2018 and there have been numerous problems with its release. The label recently said they're having issues with Disney/Fox, so I wouldn't count on it every coming out from them, unfortunately.

It's listed as coming out next month on Amazon UK.

Yeah, the label keeps pushing the date back constantly on Amazon, I guess so they don't lose pre-orders through their numerous (or perhaps indefinite) delays.

A user posted this email they received from Signal One in the Signal One thread in regards to pre-ordering "Nightmare Alley":

Nightmare Alley! One of my holy grail noirs I've been wanting to see but have been holding off in the hopes of a blu release or at least a decent HD version. Plenty of intriguing new releases have been announced lately!

Glad to finally see Nighmare Alley coming. I, like a lot of people, had been waiting and waiting on the Signal One release which does not appear to ever be coming. Will gladly grab the Criterion.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I just watched a recent Q&A with Eddie Muller. He mentions that the Film Noir Foundation is looking to re-release The Prowler at some point in 2021 or 2022 through Flicker Alley.

Nice! I believe Kino got the year wrong. Most sources online point to it being a 1948 film.
