Thanks for posting this. My daughter is excited about the movie and that is a nice looking poster so I burned my rewards points.

The Struzan print is cool but not just my cup of tea. Good luck to anyone going for it.

My Stout Avengers reg. arrived earlier this week. The colors are amazing and I'm quite pleased with it. I'll try to post some pictures soon if anyone is interested.

I spent some points on it too, my girls are both looking forward to watch the movie as well. I'm always up for seeing pictures of peoples posters, even if I've seen them hundred times before so post'em if you've got'em.

Regarding posters sticking together, I can't imagine they would unless something was spilled on them, or if perhaps you live in a very hot climate. You could lay them flat but getting them to flatten out completely may be slightly difficult. I know some collectible screen print collectors store their prints flat in what are called "flat files" which like cabinets with drawers and they slide them out and lay their prints in there. I believe they can get rather expensive, but protects them from the elements per say and people accidentally stepping on them.

You guys all have kids? So I am not the oldest one here....whew, and hopefully not the only 41 year old with an XBOX 360. While the last few Pixar films didn't thrill me, Brave does look quite good and the posters have been incredibly vibrant.

Thanks!
What Tyler is doing is incredibly noble, the man is quite generous. While I won't be entering that lottery, because I frankly seeing it fetching over $1000 (hopefully much more since it's a worthy cause), I do plan on winning the Mega Millions lottery and when I do, will buy everyone here a Stout Avengers print and myself a Stout Thing print!

I haven't hit the big 4-0 yet, but I'm a whole lot closer to it than I like My girls are 7 and 5 and enjoy my posters as much as I do. They were pretty excited this morning when I showed them a picture of the new poster for the light box.

40 was nothing special, but did make me question myself "Where have the years gone by?" because when I moved to Seattle with my family we were celebrating my father's 40th birthday and I said "Wow that will be forever when I am that age" and then I turned it nearly 2 years ago. The lesson for today for you younger folks here is "yes" your life really does go by that fast (so buy as many posters as you can!).

Yes should I win the big jackpot of countless millions I will personally fly everyone on this thread into Vegas and present them a tube with a Stout Avengers print inside. Maybe a random tube will contain a golden ticket so I will dress up like Willy Wonka, and the golden ticket will be good for one free ever-lasting gobstopper.

Where is the Struzan Thing poster going to be posted for sale? Mondo website, or his own website?

Struzan had AP copies of Frankenstein on his site for a while at $1000 a pop if I remember correctly. They finally sold out not too long ago. Might The Thing AP's end up there too? Start F5ing now....

If you are really looking for a copy of The Thing Struzan does have the original for sale. He's only looking for 125K

Our lotto in Canada is at 50M tonight, even if I won that I don't think I could justify that expense.

Though our lotto's don't get as big as the ones in the states they are pretty great in the sense that you are not taxed on them and they are immediately paid in full , so no trying to figure out if you want a lump sum or an annuity.

No problem. My son is looking forward to it because she shoots the bear in the trailer. No Kinsella there may be a few older ppl here. I am nearly 40 but it's PS3 for me.

So wait, could we buy it and scan it then make/sell our own prints?
