Where to get posters? - Blu-ray Forum

I've seen posters on sites for like $30 and not trying to spend that much.. where can you get cheap ones?

Check your Blockbuster. They sell pre-framed matte prints for around $15-$30 depending on the movie - check my gallery, I have a few.

Well, considering most of them don't even sell posters anymore. I haven't been able to find any BB anymore that had more than 5-10 posters - a year ago, they were packed. Now they barely have any.

I bought a lot of posters on sale at http://www.moviegoods.com and haven't had an issue with them yet. Some prices I did not agree with but overall I would deffinitely give the site a look atleast

Amazon, like everything else. There's a few good stores on there like PosterHouse or MoviePostersUSA that have good prices. I have 24 framed posters in various rooms and they were all bought on Amazon. Only twice did I have a problem - one time PosterHouse simply sent the wrong poster and quickly resent me the correct one and another where this guy was just selling cheap prints that he printed off himself. If it says "estimated ship time 4 to 5 days" don't buy posters from them.

If there is something in particular you are looking for, try PMing Cory Lendon on here. He got me the Wanted poster I was searching for. All his are double sided originals.

Hi guys I've been recently lurking on this website and it has made me interested enough to register and start posting on here. So sorry if this is in the wrong section. I'm not sure if getting a poster counts as "home theater construction" lol.

Anyway, I recently bought an Avatar poster here:

I am in love with that design however it is a reproduction poster and it had white border lines around it which didn't quite satisfy me and didn't meet the 11x 17 I was wanting. Hopefully I can return it or exchange it for some other poster.

Does anyone here have a recommendation where to get a poster like that as shown in the eBay link? I do not want a reproduction poster and would like it in a slightly bigger size. thanks

I do have a good many posters we're looking to toss out here at the theatre, dating back a couple of months. If there's anything that current, including now showing, and advance teasers, send me a PM. I've got some old stock. i.e. Pineapple Express, Fast and Furious, Precious, etc that I'm looking to get rid off. Usually $10/shipped is what I ask.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that you can get some movie themed posters at. I'm thinking along the lines of a poster of the painting "Celebration" in Wedding Crashers or of the painting in Dodgeball where Ben Stiller is taking the Bull by the horns. Does anyone know if these works of art were ever made into posters?
