When looking for prints I'd suggest searching the mondo archives here:

Mine isn't marked as shipped yet, I'm really hoping to see that flag get updated today

On a brighter note I got shipping notification from Mark Englert yesterday, his print is on the way!

How do you guys store your posters?

I hate the idea of them being rolled up, but flattening them take so much time.
I really wanna take good care of them but i don't know how to do so.. What do you guys do??

Thanks in advance.

oh, and i have like 150 + posters that the manager at the movie theater lets me take as much as i want. I usually take like 15 at a time.

With 150 posters your only viable option is a flat file (Google image search 'flat file') unless you've got oodles of space at your disposal where you may be able to store them flat on their sides inside sleeves... I'm thinking like the movieposter.com store has them displayed:

Yeah it's custom framed, nothing crazy just a Hobby Lobby frame and mat, it was a bit more than the cost of the print.

Good luck getting any of those Mondo Robocop prints, they're all in the hundreds now on eBay.

Best way to hunt down old Mondo prints is to join Expressobeans.com

Creating an account will allow you to search specific prints by specific artists. From there it brings up the highest/lowest amounts sold and average price. There's even Wanted and Trade/For Sale tabs where you can browse members selling or looking to buy that specific print.

There might be a better website, but I've found this one to be the most helpful so far.

I learned about this site from everyone on here, and I'm loving it so far. I was able to pick up two Dawn of the Dead (Jeff Proctor) prints for a reasonable price. One for me, one to raffle off at my event (see below )...

Do any of you collector the bus shelter sized posters that are around 4' x 6' and have suggestions on how to store them? I picked one up yesterday but realized it's going to be a hassle to display it and wanted some ideas on how to store it away. Thanks!

If you had multiples in your collection I would suggest checking out ULine.com as they have boxes and tubes that would work, but for only one, you may want to try an appliance store or hardware store and see if they have anything big that comes in tubes that they toss away and perhaps store it in that.

Thanks Kinsella, is it also safe to roll up shelter bus posters long term, I think they are made of different materials and stock than other posters. Just wanted to see what other safety steps to take to ensure proper storage. thanks!

I should be fine to roll up, bus shelter posters are made with a thicker more durable paper for the most part, than standard movie posters, however I have seen some bus shelters that are much nicer in quality (paper stock, etc) than others. For example the Dark Knight Rises bus shelter posters are some of the nicest I have seen, very thick matte-finish paper, yet still retaining incredible detail. But then I have seen others such as for Quantum of Solace, while still nice, aren't made on the same type of paper stock. It all varies between studios I imagine.

Check out this new Dredd sign. It would be pretty cool if they make it into a poster.
