No sour grapes. I didn't want that one. I was just speaking my mind about possible future purchases. Sorry.

I think they are putting out way too much stuff. Now it's 'limited editions of unlimited posters". Plus the craze they created has everyone and their brother putting out artists movie posters.

I do agree with Household to a degree, I think Mondo has in some ways starting saturating the market and to some, it is overkill, as that is what some in the print collecting industry have mentioned to me as well. But at the end of the day, major kudos go to them for accomplishing what they have managed to do in only a few years. Kudos also to Household for extending his print to Goldensuitcase at cost, that was a kind gesture.

You are assuming you won't get a print in the future, which isn't true. You have just enough chance as everyone else. Stupid question, but I assume you have signed up for the Mondo newsletter so you get the early notification, correct? Also "random time" generally means between 8am and 10am pacific time but not all the time, but most of the prints tend to drop during that two hour window. Also, never use Paypal to pay for a print, you probably already know that already as well.

No worries.

And I am actually doing something right now with a friend who is a graphic designer. He is currently working on a poster idea for me right n ow for the show, 'Lost'. I promise you, he is good and when I get his rough draft, I'll share.

That said, if MONDO does something I want, you cna bet your ass I will do what I can to get it.

just outta curiosity, why do MONDO charge $25 to get these posters to the UK? Surely it's cheaper than that because they don't weigh that much?

Where did get the wood frame from? (it looks like wood) Thats what i originally wanted but micheals didn't have any wood poster frames. So i got the cheap plastic. The one you have i like better. Shape and everything.

Oh yes same here. I do love the genre stuff they do and they still continue to put it out amidst all the mainstream posters. Big ups for that!

Picked up my Moss DKR today. Very pleased with how it turned out. The gray/silver matte combined with the frame and wall color became a dark gray. The dark gray combined with the black frame really darkened it and it doesn't look blue at all, and the gray matte helps make the sepia/black blended areas look gray. And I have an extra copy to boot. I'll try to post a pic later. I didn't get the reflection control so it's hard to get a good pic.

You probably can, but this style was not part of the U.S. marketing campaign, and I don't think it was an international style either. This could have been one of the single-sided styles sold through the WBShop website at one point. Just my opinion but I think their price on this is too high.

The mat is reversed. I didn't want that white edge showing. It turned out better than I thought. Can't wait to see how others frame theirs!

Great choice! Yup the white would have been very distracting.
