New to this thread...sorry for any derailment, I'm not huge into the poster hobby. It's a small hobby I grab from every now and then.....but, can someone recommend a place to obtain a Dredd 3D advance or current release poster? if from ebay, can anyone recommend a seller? I'm not up for a Mondo, I saw that discussion yesterday and it's not on my short list. I just want to be careful of what's floating around online...

No derailment at all

I don't trust most sellers on ebay and i checked the one site i do trust, movieposter.com but they don't have any so I'm not sure where to point you I'm afraid.

If the price seems fair and the description is detailed I'd roll the dice with an eBay purchase if it is a title you really want.

I change posters roughly every two weeks. Not all at once usually. If there is a new to blu title coming out I will put that poster up. Also the season effects what posters are up. Right now it's all horror/ Halloween. And yes my wife thinks I'm nuts. Me changing the posters so often only adds to her conviction.

Default I change mine every week

To display my main attraction for the week. It's boring after a while if you don't change and move. Last week I had " single white femal" on display "on display" (). This week it's Blow Out!

You could always say "Honey, it could be worse, I could be changing around wives instead of posters like some guys do!"...smile of course when you say it.

But then he could change his posters all around inside said dog house without worry of being told he is crazy.

What do you guys do when you take a poster down?

Do you roll it up and put it in a tube?
Where do you store your posters etc.

Default Gallery 1988 Prints On Sale Now!

The leftover prints from Gallery 1988's exhibit "Around the World in 80's Daze" just went up for sale. Robocop fans may get a kick out of the one Tom Whalen did as well as the Aliens one. The Thing one already sold out. They just went live, limited to what appears to be 50 of each on some, signed and numbered. Direct link here: http://nineteeneightyeight.com/colle...llo-tom-whalen

Some of these will probably sell-out quickly, there are two pages worth to check out once you go to the site link above.

As can be imagined, the Robocop-themed one has in fact sold-out as well.

I have mine rolled and stores in Uline plastic tubing with numbers on the end. They are all numbered in an excel sheet on my computer so I know what they are. I have them stored in tall Sideshow statue boxes. They work really good!

Those light boxes look really cool. Once I get some extra spending money and room to hang it, I want to try and make one of those.
