Was lucky enough to have someone pick me up a Shaun of the Dead reg... can't wait to see it!

Damn. Anyone in or around Leeds, UK is very lucky to have a chance to attend this show. Mondo So Far Curated by Olly Moss.

There's going to be another golden ticket, only this time the odds are much, MUCH better for those going. 150ish people compared to the 9000+ from DKR.

Yeah, I bought a couple Walmart poster frames and they are cheap. I've been getting my frames from Micheal's lately. They're a bit pricey, but they have sales or coupons every week.

If you guys are looking for cheaper frames... I recommend http://www.craigframes.com (they're on Amazon and ebay as well)... you can replace the backing and so forth if you want to upgrade them, but they are really good quality for a low price (in my opinion)...

Original 20th Century Fox posters can be quite difficult to get so I don't foresee many of these getting out in the hands of collectors (not counting the ones that are taken from theaters and put on eBay but through dealers).

I didn't try for any myself. The Durieux Frankenstein is nice but I much prefer the Ansin. If I were to pick up any of the Universal Monsters posters it would be that one.

It probably didn't go as fast as some would think because there are people who more than likely didn't know about the advance notification that it was going on sale today, but also with Sideshow, "random" time really means that, as their print drops generally are all different times of the day, with Mondo's tending to fall within a specific 90-120 minute window. It is a cool print though, hopefully some were able to get one here.

Had the Mummy in my cart twice, and just couldn't pull the trigger on it. Loved the colors and the Egyptian motif, just got coldfeet with it.
