Yes that is the banner, you are looking at them from behind as they are standing looking out towards the city. Quite large they are....I would say about ten feet long by about five feet but should open one and measure it to be sure.

I am not sure if Disney was doing the "lighter backside" on the posters when The Incredibles came out. Most of the titles that have this are from the past few years.

Nothing on Predators, it's a 20th Century Fox release so they won't be easy to find out there...except reprints which will start appearing from dealers such as MovieGoods. Funny when I see your avatar picture, Mr. Joshua, as I met Gary Busey last weekend, interesting fellow.

Yes, as I suspected the packaging is what is what everyone should be concerned about. After reading everyone's postings, it appears what Disney is doing is shipping out authentic originals, perhaps a limited amount of each title and when they run out, they run out, as Snowball mentioned they didn't have the one for The Incredibles left.

But regarding packaging, as I posted before, the employees don't understand that what they are shipping is a collectible, therefore they just package it up loosely in a tube, with really no protection, and thus, some will arrive damaged as a few people have mentioned here.

I've bought about 15 new original posters via ebay the last few weeks. Still need to catch up on framing though. I used to get my 27x40 frames at Walmart, but got one at Michael's over the weekend and their quality is much better than the ones at Walmart, particularly the backing used. So I've created a posters gallery and have added the 5 I have framed so far. Just received my state tax refund check today, so I'm planning a trip to Michael's tomorrow to get at least 1 more frame, but maybe 2.

I've taken a break from poster buying until I get more frames, but I bought 1 more original on ebay the other night and it arrives tomorrow. I'll be adding it soon. It's the only one I found of it on ebay, so I'm hoping it's on the rare side.

Don't forget take advantage of that Michael's coupon you can find in just about any Sunday newspaper advertisement which gives you 40% off any one item.

Does anyone know if Trick 'r Treat had a poster... I don't remember seeing commercials for it so I was curious if it was a direct to DVD.blu title. I was thinking of getting 1 of them if I can get an original

I saw 3 styles on ebay all 16.99 each but IDK if they are originals or not. Movieposter.com didnt have any though. Is this a legit site that sells originals? Its not my favorite one... but it will do if its all i can get

I dont know enough about that film but that image on the IMP site looks more like a fan made poster, perhaps an official promotional image was fan-made text.

And I too would like to know where to get some frames for good prices.

Not a dumb question, just one that's very hard to answer. Best answer is ask someone trustworthy who's in the business (Kinsella5 is the best one in this thread).

As a general rule, one-sheet posters older than 1985 should be 27"x41", newer than 1985 should be 27"x40". For ALL posters, the text and graphics should be crystal-clear (blurry means it's a copy).

I could go into WAY more detail, but that'd take forever and without seeing posters in person it's fairly useless. There are some sites out there that try to give good pointers. I suggest just doing lots of research or asking Kinsella5 for some pointers.

This whole thread has several questions and answers in a chain reaction.. its really hard to reply with just 1 post. Everything I learned has been from reading this thread. From dimensions to where to get frames, who are trustworthy sellers etc. Best bet is when you get a chance read through it.
