It will look great and person, and even better on my wall.

Mark said via twitter he will be selling a 40 or so on his site. I believe he confirmed on a Friday too. Also may have 10 that are going for $70 that has the handbill Monty python with it

It's a long post, but detailed.
That's awesome. Very glad to hear that he is working it out. He has a Looper and Boardwalk Empires coming out soon. Definitely not dry mounting this piece or any other. I'll go back and look up the tips. With all these prints I just bought the next step is saving up for good frames. I jumped the gun buying two and now don't have money for one frame.

10 with Holy Grail handbills? Damn! My chances are slim to none now

Might have to sacrifice the handbill set for just the poster. I don't want to miss this final chance at cost before I resort to eBay

Going back over the tweets he doesn't mention exactly how many are including handbills actually. I misread them. He will have a speedster listing with the handbills for $70 and just the print for $50.

You may want to take that out of the tube and start to let it flatten out.

It's going to warp and wrinkle if you don't take it out of it's tube. Worse thing for a poster is to let it sit tubed for weeks, months, or even years.

My Stout Avengers was tubed for almost 2 months (wasn't going to pull it out of the tube til I got my flatfile). Damn thing has been flat and under weight for almost 4 months now. Still not perfectly flat.

That's weird... we've been told before not to do it...

As far as getting the poster out of the tube... I too kept a print in the tube that I knew I was going to sell and was given the same advice... I took it out to inspect but had a seller within a week so I never did end up trying to flatten it. Good luck with your sale.

It is more for prints because the paper is normally thicker. Movie posters that are 27x40 normally are not as big of a deal.

Never really been a fan of Jay Shaw myself (just not my style) but there is no denying he bested Stout on this piece. There, I said it. The Shaw piece is superior to the Stout. Never though I'd say that but there it is.

A new email from Mark Englert on a commissioned piece he did. He has put a couple of A/P's up for it and I think they look fantastic, I wish it was licensed and had a full run as I really like it. The money is going to some good causes but they are already a little out of my reach. Check them out:
