I got a copy of the newest Harry Potter poster sitting on my desk at work. We got 3 in perfect condition. Gave one of our guys 1 and hung 1 in lobby. I bet they send out a sticker to cover the 3D part possibly. I don't recall the poster having a rating though so there's a good chance a final is still to come.

Starbinger, check your PM later this evening. Also, there isn't anything out for Green Lantern, first teaser poster is rumored to be around the last week of this month, maybe first week of December. I know the trailer will be attached to HP7.

IF it is an actual poster, I would think it would be double-sided, but there have been so many images released of "posters" it is hard to keep track. Most, it not all of the images have been promotional images that aren't posters, I personally have not seen a single Machete poster but that doesn't mean they don't exist. It could have been a final style, but I believe the film has come and gone from theaters already, correct? If I hear of anything I will advise.

The problem in the digital world is that any image that pops up, automatically people assume it is a "poster" when sometimes it is a bus shelter poster, a banner, or just a promotional image. Also, pay no attention to the large number of fan made images as posters being create and stick online such as YouTube claiming "this is the official poster" when in fact they aren't. Films like Green Lantern, Batman 3, etc don't have posters, but you can find fan creations online trying to pass off originals. Same with the newest Harry Potter film, and others I imagine if you search long enough.

If I hear or see anything on Machete, I will advise.

Is there any way to get those huge banners or cardboard displays theaters have in their lobbies? What do theaters do with them when the movie stops playing?

Sometimes theaters have to send them back, depends on what the studios tell them, but there are times when the theaters can keep them, generally they go to the managers, and then the employees, but there are times when theaters will take down the name of someone interested. Also some theaters auction them off for charity. If you are looking for something specific, let me know.

Got this in the mail yesterday. My favorite movie print so far! Dave Greco did this piece for the Bad Dads art show. There's some really great stuff if you like Wes Anderson movies.

Nice looking Black Swan and International Tron Legacy posters, congrats on getting them. Green Lantern and Suckerpunch advance styles should be hitting theaters sometime this month I believe. You guys should check out the gofobo.com site, they give out free advance screening passes (if you are quick enough). Generally the tickets are for the press screenings, etc, but they are free and you can catch a film generally a few days before it is released.

Hey guys, I've found a local framer and I'm going to get some quotes on Monday. (In the UK)

Is there anything I should ask him for specifically? I'd rather acrylic, instead of glass, incase anything fell.

But I've heard about definetly avoid dry mounting.

Anything else I should mention I don't want him to do?

I'm after something decent, not cheap tacky looking stuff, so I'm not too bothered about costs at the moment.

I am sorry if this has been answered, I just skimmed through this thread. I have been looking for a poster and haven't been able to track it down. Moviegoods and allposters both don't have it. I am fine with a reprint.

It is a V for Vendetta poster. It has V's headshot with "Remember, Remember 5th of November" along the bottom. Anybody see that one for sale or a good place to check?
