Should definitely help my chances out I hope

Still gonna be ballsy and go for a variant. That aged paper it's on is just amazing

I think a good amount of people who want one should be able to get one, that variant is rather expensive right out of the gate, and there are plenty of standards so it should be a fairly easy one for people to get. The variant will probably be the most sought after, but everyone probably thinks that.

By the way not many people played the guess the drop time game, care to guess?

I've been keeping track of the drops all week.

Tuesday was 9:50am

Wednesday was 9:59am

Thursday was 9:58am

I think it's safe to say it will be within a 30 minute window, maybe 20.

I'll go 9:50-10:10am. As you can see this Horkey is a mandatory for my collection. No flipping necessary as this will bump my Kill Bill from framing position numero uno

Are those "pacific time zone" times? I have a feeling you really want the Golden Guesser Award, sorry there is no variant of it.

That Kill Bill variant is sick. Ridiculously sick. Sadly my bro is planning to get it framed so it will never join my 'true' collection. I'll just get to see it every now and again He's getting it framed in the next couple of weeks. We've already started checking out frames and matte combos.

I seem to draw to the Variants more so than Regulars. There's only a couple Regulars I would consider better than their Variants.

My next big purchase is going to be Django Wood or a Inglourious Basterds. Though Star Wars Stout is in the running as well. If you come across a Django Wood K5 lemme know, I'll just drive down and pick it up.

I will let you know, I saw they are fetching $1000-$1200 for the Django wood. If you drive all this way you should make it a weekend here and see the city, as it is a long drive.

I am new to the movie poster collecting field. I've always wanted to but I've finally given myself a reason with the film fest and convention I'm going to in July. I've already tracked down an April Fools Day 1sh rolled for Deborah Foreman to sign. Fred Dekker was just announced and I really want an original 1sh of Night of the Creeps to get signed. I'm having trouble finding it online. Are they any suggestions of how I should procede in my search? I'd much rather have this poster than settling for Monster Squad, and any info could also help me on future pursuits. Thank you.

I was looking at copies of 'Star Trek Into Darkness' FanFix posters that were released for the Imax screenings, and noticed that there was a green variant. Does anybody know any information on it, did they make equal amounts with the red one, or is this a low print run?

That's the first I'm hearing off the variant. BTW, I paid $22 for one on eBay just before the screening. The next day they were up for around $10. At least I'm getting one.

No there is not. They are numbered and that's about it. I know there are copies of some of the more popular posters out there but I don't know if there are any actual screen printed reproductions... that would be no small task to do.

Well good luck to all buyers on the TWBB. I'd like to help but looks like our work tech decided to enforce some firewalls because of some guy buying a few things while working

Good luck to those going for TWBB, the print looks really nice but I couldn't get into that movie even after watching it multiple times.

Does anyone have experience having something framed at Costco? Was the price/quality comparable to Michaels? Is Michaels a better deal if using their coupons? The last time I got something framed at Michael's I went in with a 80% off coupon but found I was pretty limited on the things to choose from that the coupon would apply to and still ended up spending an arm and a leg.

I've only got one piece framed so far. Michaels did it very well! I just bought a 20$ 20x30" frame off the shelf then had them add UV glass and 2 Mattes for an 18x24" print. Total cost was somewhere around $160. The Glass upgrade was the biggest bump. Almost 100 bucks

And Good Luck to everyone on the drop today. Going to leave my poster fate in my brothers hands. Decided it wasn't worth taking 2 hours off work for a print
