I've been thinking about picking up several 11"x17" posters from various websites for display on my walls. I was thinking about making some sort of collage of them on one of my walls, with them all right next to each other; do you all think this would look kind of cool, or just end up looking like a mess? I was also thinking about buying several and putting them side by side rather than in some sort of rectangular collage, and perhaps doing this across the entire room. What do you all think of these ideas?

I think that sounds like a great idea, but I'm big on putting a theme to my rooms. I have a room where I only have Wes Anderson art, one room with only Olly posters, etc...
So depending on what art you go with, I think it'll look fine. Hard to speculate on how you should put them on the wall without seeing the space. |

Pics!!? A whole room dedicated to Olly has to look awesome.
As for a village it could work. Collages in nature aren't themes really right and if you keep everything the same size and frame I don't see why it wouldn't work. However my personal preference is theme related too. I have an Englert wall. A movie poster wall. And Game of Thrones wall. Just need to get them all framed. |

Haha. I'm looking to add more! I only have AWIL, Homer Simpson, LOTR, Dark Knight Rises, and Cowboy Bebop. I'm still trying for Leon and The Deer Hunter at some point... and Die Hard.
![]() I have Les Miz, but I don't think I'll ever frame it. Here's Homer: ![]() |

The problem is getting tickets. They sell tickets for next year's show at this year's show, the majority of those who go each year buy their tickets at that time, and then when Comic-Con tickets for everyone else go on sale, they sell out in seconds. Since you have to pick up tickets in-person with your I.D. it's really difficult to go, but good luck next year in securing passes. Someday I hope to make it down for it, I would agree, lots of swag, and this year Mondo changed things up by having people pre-order in advance to avoid people from lining up and having friends line up with them, etc.
