I can also confirm they are indeed double sided

People who started receiving theirs from the DMR site all have reported double-sided, sadly most have been reporting their posters arriving damaged, which isn't surprising. A friend emailed the DMR site and inquired a week ago if the poster was single or double-sided, the response from DMR was that the poster is single-sided, so DMR doesn't appear to know how to properly package a poster, but don't even know what it is they carry. Unless they had double-sided and single-sided to send out and all of their double-sided are already gone, that is a possibility too.

My anticipation on getting the posters damaged are very high. The worst of the two goes to my brother

Man the suspense is killing me. Being in Canada I have to wait twice as long as you guys and go through customs as well. The odds are not in my favor, which is why I ordered 2. Ironically, I have only received one bad poster from them. Most of the time they arrive minty fresh. I wonder if they do something different for international shipping.

Hopefully ...

Yup both of mine have damage to them. One more so than the other. Looks like they put the posters into the tube and when placing the cap it caused wrinkles and slight tearing down a quarter of the poster. Bummer

I'm not sure I've ever received a mint one from them, always a little edge damage from bouncing around in the tube. I didn't have the points to order two, but I've been sent a second one before when I was unhappy with the overall damage.

So I ordered the Star Wars The Force Awakens Poster from DMR. Why do people want it to be double sided? I just want to hang it on my wall in my man cave. It's my first movie poster, I was wonder a good place to get a frame for it with spending an insane amount?

Clearly, your wife has never gone frame shopping then. Frames almost always cost a ton, and always costs more than the art your framing. Honestly, its what really makes the art/poster look amazing!!! The more expensive the frame, the better and better the art/poster will look.

Of course you could build one yourself.

Problem here is you'll probably have to put a poster she likes in it.

At least for the first few months.

So out of town but Force Awakens poster came in. Had family open it, peer inside (as Ive been able to tell in past pretty easily before taking it out) They said it came in fine but I'll know for sure once I get home Monday. Hoping its as they say cause a replacement is slim to none with this one.

While the light box option is nice, yet expensive, it isn't really a requirement to display a poster, particularly a double-sided one. Everything that I have up that is framed on my walls that are double-sided I simply had professionally framed but didn't go the light box route myself. I will admit it gives a movie theater look to the room you have them in, but unsure if I would want to spend all the money to light box what I have up and if the light would annoy me while I am watching a film in the dark.

Remember their opinion on what it looks like by peering inside could be completely different when it's unrolled. Here is hoping its fine though for you.

As you can see in my Home Theater Gallery, I have the light-up posters and I really only turn them on when there are kids in the room OR when people first come downstairs into the room. They are always off when I'm watching a movie.

Anyone know the best place to buy a really good reprint of the 1986 transformers movie? Would like to get this for my wall and the original is over $100!
