Sadly this is only my 3rd Imax viewing ever but I do enjoy it when I can make the trip. I did get this from ebay so I have no way of knowing if its a reprint or not. Either way I do really enjoy this Image and the quality is pretty good.

The only other SW posters I saw were the individual ones for Han Rey and Rin and I would love to have those as well. But I am thinking I will just order some 11x17's online

Ok so this is where I am truly confused here is a image that I took at the theater and I am 90% sure it twas a 27x40.
It was such a long day out of town I cant say without a doubt the sized but here is a picture I took.

Attachment 131843
That's the same poster my theater has up and it should be 48x70.

The 11x17 mini posters that are given out to fans who see the movie at certain theaters or during certan times are generally easy to find on eBay, as those who get them flood the site so they should be fairly cheap on there. Naturally when you deal with something small like that and is something that is already given out as free, those who can't get them or want to jump on the profit wagon will start making copying them and selling them off as real. 11x17 single-sided aren't difficult to replicate, especailly to those who already are in the business of selling knock-offs. Hard to spot them when they are smaller in size because the quality suffers and are easier to spot the fakes the larger they get printed. But I am sure there are a lot of originals on eBay from fans who got an extra or two when they saw the film in hopes to sell online.

The indivitual character images were not one-sheet posters, they may have been bus shelters, or they could have been nothing more than online promotional images but authentic movie posters they were not.

I figured they might be, but again what people need to realize is sometimes is an image is nothig more than that, just an image released online and then there are those who take the image and make them into one-sheet size (27x40 inch) posters and there are some who think they are real. Sounds like they made multiple bus shelter size posters for those charater images and then for actual one-sheets, just the two domestic styles were made.

I've seen the same poster at my local theatre and yes, it is bus shelter size. Huge.

Not as big as subway poster size, but it is big.

Holy crap, so Michael's wants $250-$300 for a custom frame job for my TFA poster, and a "several weeks" lead time.

For that price and time I might as well buy the $350 lightbox from that one site here earlier.

With my place being so modern, the readily available $60 27x40 frames at most stores don't work, the trim is too classical.

I may have no choice but to go the DIY route on either a frame or lightbox.

You guys have any pics of what you've done with your DMR TFA posters, beyond the one or two lightboxes Ive seen?

Michaels definitely isn't cheap, that's about what I paid to get my painting framed.

Can someone message me or reply to me with a good site to buy posters besides All Posters and eBay? In desperate need of new ones.

Sorry if it's been posted, I'm sure it has but figured it'd be easier to ask then to CTRL F every page

Was that quote from Michaels before or after their coupon they generally run on framing in the Sunday newspapers? Make sure you stress to them or any framer to NOT dry mount the poster, you want it loose betwee the glass and the backing of the frame. Dry mounting will devalue the poster significantly.

Bruce and his team only sell authentics, they look at the little details just like we do.

Yeah I was half asleep when I was up playing catch up on private messages and posts so I worded my posting wrong. I meant to say with EPoster you dont need to worry about counterfeits like you have to do with eBay. You can find some really good deals that pop up on Bruce's site too, you never know what will come up for auction there. I went ahead and removed that posting of mine, and will learn to proof-read better.

I love seeing some of the posters and set ups on here. I never knew about emovieposters before, already saw two I want to bid on.

This is my Marko Manev collection. Left to right is Iron Man, Jaws, Terminator, and Psycho.

Juan Esteban Rodriguez's Return of the Jedi poster is going up at Bottleneck Gallery at 12pm EST today. I'm going to pass on it since I don't care for the look of it although I am happy with my Empire Strikes Back from this poster series.

Wasn't sure if people were aware, but Regal Cinemas recently changed how they do their rewards for their loyalty program. If you go on their website, you can now use points to buy posters. They currently have 44 full sized posters available for 3500 points (the equivalent of spending $35 at their theater chain). Not sure if they're originals or replicas.

Just got confirmation from Regal via Facebook that all the posters are indeed double sided theatrical one sheets. Now I just hope they offer 10 Cloverfield Lane.
