I have the domestic advance. The one my theater had displayed in the lobby was the Final Style "B". I really dislike that one but I would have taken it if they gave it to me. I never saw the final style for the international release and like it except for the "From the studios..." text at the top...

That last style listed I was told was the International but generally international styles state "Cinema" at the bottom and not "theaters" but perhaps they started changing the wording to theaters on all domestic and international versions, its really hard to keep up with everything at times though.

Looks like the poster for Cowboys VS Aliens was changed to Cowboys & Aliens. That seems like it was last minute. Movie still looks a little boring to me. I will give it a try buy not expecting much.

It's been Cowboys "&" Aliens for a while now, not sure why they changed it though...

FYI-Mondo is selling some Cowboys & Aliens posters tomorrow if anyone is interested. They are nice looking posters.

I tried for the Tom Whalen version but it was sold out, the daniel danger regular one was up for a little longer..the wood variant he did sold out right away though. I've tried and tried to score a Mondo poster but still no luck, maybe i need to increase my internet speed or something lol.

Bummer! They sold out in about 8 minutes. Someone has that wood variant on ebay for $999.99. Crazy.

I don't know if this is the place to ask. Is there anyone that knows Where i Can pick up any old Batman movie bus posters. The 4x6 size ones. I have some of the dark knight ones but was looking to pick up Batman Begins ones and one for the Dark Knight Rising. Also does anyone work for a movie theatre I been trying to pick up the Thor 8 x 12 foot banner it had Thor, Odin, Jane and Heimdall on it with Thor written in Red Letters. I've searched ebay for these and even asked my local movie theatres. All there replies have been we are not able to sell them we are mandated to throw them away. If you could PM any info into the right direction I would be grateful.

Hey all. This thread is entirely way too large to navigate and find all the details, but from skimming I found that MovieGoods.com has a pretty good selection of posters (I'm mostly looking at reprints, nothing too fancy). While their posters are at a good price, they too are up in the $100+ when you start to include framing. Now I've seen $120-$300+ for frame jobs but again I'm just looking for some extra pizzazz for my Home theater walls, and so cost>quality in my situation.

With that said, the same 27"x40" LOTR poster in a wood frame from MovieGoods.com sold for $120 (roughly) direct from their website, and yet on amazon.com the same company was selling the same poster and wood framing for $75.99!

I checked for a few others by searching the item# on amazon and it seemed to be the same deal across most posters. I'm not sure why the same company would undersell themselves, but I bought 2 posters framed to start, and we'll see what kind of quality I get back. All I can say is that on paper, it looks like I ordered the same quality from the same company, it was just the difference of buying through amazon vs buying direct.

Am I late to the party? Is this old news? Is there a catch you guys know about that I missed?
