They are on both Amazon under Marketplace sellers or on eBay but be warned they are insane prices. You are better off buying from SAE or TT.

If it makes you feel better, their shipping prices go up the more you order (it's not quite 1:1, it's a tiered system, so the first 1 or 2 are one cost, then 3 or 4, something like that), so you can't get a much bigger order without adding to the shipping cost anyway.

As I remember it, it's both, but they each use slightly different tiers, so sometimes during a sale it can make a little bit of a difference which store you buy from.

This might be different for international anyway, so sorry if I'm completely wasting your time.

I usually order multiple titles during a sale, if you are in Melbourne I can add Don’t Bother to Knock during the next sale for you and can you can grab it off me (or I can on post it locally).

It has been a long time since I pre-ordered any movies from SAE or Twilight Time. Can anybody tell me if pre-order titles ship on the release date, or do they ship earlier so that they arrive at the destination by the release date? (Thanks).

I wasn't sure if I would find enough to get myself, but I went through them today and found 4 or 5 I would like. The autograph has me pretty pumped
