Why not wait to place your orders after Vampires is up for pre-order? I highly doubt any of these titles will sell out by then. Might as well save on some shipping charges.

I had to limit myself as well. So many other great titles coming out in Oct and I can get close to double for the price of TT titles.

It will be interesting to see how fast Vampires sells out at 5000 copies.

Could be wrong, but I don't see Yorga or Scream & Scream Again selling out overnight.
I could care less about signed copies of anything, I just wish they put out coupons no matter how nominal. 10% off? Free Shipping on orders over $50? Buy one, get the third at half? ... in short anything to offset their gouging price-structure. Kino, Olive, and Shout seem to be more fair, when drawing from the same MGM pool.

Decided to wait for Vampires to go up for preorder before I order Scream and Scream Again. Not sure if I want to get Count Yorga or not. Never seen it and was going to rent it on Amazon Instant before I watch the blu-ray of the sequel.

I would have preordered all of the TT titles today if there was free shipping, but since there is not I will wait until Vampires.

I've had loads of SAE orders and none have ever been lost.
Besides , I'll be ordering with a credit card so replacing or refunding lost or stolen items really is something they don't have a choice over.

They stopped this silly idea for a while - it certainly didn't appear with my last order so it's disappointing to see it back.
Why not just block people with addresses where claims have been made before?

They have that option for Canadian sellers too. I've never used it and never had any problems. It might be advisable if you live in a country with an unreliable postal system.

Shipping for where I'm located is quite expensive though. Every single time. It's why I make bulk orders on sites.

Twilight Time titles stay the same value over time or appreciate. Arrow titles depreciate over time. Thus I see TT as holding more value.

As a follow-up to my post above, the following was posted on TT's Facebook page yesterday. This is heartfelt, movingly sad, and beautifully written with a quiet strength and joy in remembrance of a long and wonderful life together. I pray for John, his family, and for all of us that we should be as fortunate in our own lives to find a spouse so loving. They were married for almost 60 years.

Please know that my dear husband, John Guillermin, director, died suddenly on Sunday September 28, just a few weeks short of his 90th birthday. John is here at home till his burial this coming Friday. Those people who admired his work, but may not have known him or me personally, are welcome to come to our home in Topanga to bid farewell to a talented director who produced a large body of films stretching over 40 years. His talent shone through most fiercely in "Rapture" re-released in 2011 by Twilight Time. Nick, Julie, please know I am not very organized, I have been hoping to find your numbers to call you personally, but please know he was very grateful that his finest film had a new lease of life because of your efforts. What a beautiful post from her. I adore RAPTURE, and I am very thankful that TT released it. I likely would never have known about it otherwise. RIP, John, and thank you for your wonderful films.

Strange Invaders is early 1980s, so I'll enjoy it.
