Again love the double standard. Its ok to bash him, but look at your boy Matt Ryan's joke playoff stats 70 for 110 584 yards and 3 touchdowns to 4 picks

Mark Brunell's 1 touchdown to 1 pick for the redskins in both playoff games looks better, and so does Tebows 2 touchdowns to 0 picks in both his playoff games (both were able to produce a win).

As has been restated here NUMEROUS times, people are only asking that he get more time to either plummet like Jamarcus Russell or show there is progress and extend the leash a little longer. Why this is hard to comprehend is baffling.

Ok, if Tebow has ANY chance of being even an average NFL QB why is there ZERO interest in him? You'd think his stock would have been at an all-time high after winning a playoff game in 2011. How many teams showed interest in him even after that? The Jets, Jags and (I think) Seahawks? And in every single case the interest was only because of owners like Khan and Woodie Johnson wanting him because he'd increase media attention to the franchise. The coaches and front office of every NFL team think he's a joke. Every single one of them. Anyone who thinks Tim Tebow has a legitimate chance of playing QB in the NFL are more or less infatuated with the guy. I honestly think the Jets could play him the final week, he throws 5 picks and the team loses 52-0 and the same people would still insist he hasn't been given a "chance."

lol thats a stretch. I want to see him definitively fail, and nobodies got proof thats the case YET.

I don't want to see him fail. I'm speaking in terms of if he can't play at an NFL level I want to see it, and if he can play at an nfl level leave him alone.

Double standard? What double standard? Ryan has been bad in a handful of regular and postseason games. Tebow has been historically TERRIBLE in 3/4 of his games. Not to mention 70/110 is way better than Tebow's career 173/361 numbers. Ryan's postseason passer rating is right in line with Tebow's CAREER number.

The double standard that you can dismiss others poor performances and focus on the things they do good, yet Tebow gets ZERO credit/ leeway for good things he's done.

Let me know when 70/110 has a 300 yard post season game.

*edit: Better yet he should work on getting to 200 yards since he can't do that either. Hopefully he gets a shot at the Redskins 24th ranked defense, because thats the only way he'll fix his awful playoff stats.

ESPN's Adam Schefter hints that Tim Tebow will "find his way" to Jacksonville this offseason.
Schefter made the comment in the final line of a mailbag column while brushing off a Kirk Cousins for Tebow trade. He's likely just jumping on Chris Mortensen's report from last week that said Tebow was a "virtual certainty" to land in Jacksonville next season. If the Jets can't pry a late-round pick out of the Jags, they'll just release him and take the minimal cap hit. Tebow would be battling Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne for the starting job. And who cares about next year schedule? And who knows who is going to be better next year? The Chargers are a big mess right now and I wouldn't be surprised if the Raiders end up being a better team. McKenzie will have his first real draft, and another offseason to fix the past mistakes.

And of course the Colts are a better team than the Titans right now, but they can't play defense and Locker could have a breakout season next year with many weapons around him in Tennessee(Kendall Wright, Nate Washington, Kenny Britt, Jared Cook and Chris Johnson, assuming all are back.).

Anyway if you want to make a statement, you need to beat the teams within your division, which the Patriots have been doing the past decade, not caring about who you're going to face the next season between the Raiders and the Chargers.
