Eli Manning, Flacco, Dilfer and many others have been inconsistent and won the big one.. The Bengals Defense and supplemental players on offense will make them get there.. Dalton can give 75% and they should still win games

I've expected 8-8 from them pretty much year in and year out for the past several seasons.

It's just a gut feeling this year... Dez Bryant is poised for a breakout season and Monte Kiffin's defense always force a lot of turnovers - which has been one of the Cowboys weaknesses for a while now.

DeMarcus Ware will have an insane year as a 4-3 DE.

Jake Ballard, who you trumpeted as a person who was going to be key for the Pats until Gronk came back, was cut from the team .

Hey, I'm with you, my comment was aimed toward people calling Johnson a bust even though, like you mentioned, he had the 2nd most yards in his first 5 seasons.

And you are 100% right about the O-line. The running game is all about the O-line. There's a reason Arian Foster went undrafted, it's because he was not that good to begin with. Texans O-line is built for the running game, that's why Ben Tate can put up great numbers as well.

Dalton is good and they will probably (unfortunately) win our division this year. He'll improve as he ages as will this squad. I HATE the "Bungles", but they're a very good football team.

I'm playing a career as a RB. Currently 2nd string on Falcons but returning kicks/punts. First season, Matt Ryan cost us the Super Bowl in the snow to the Patriots

But we beat some teams asses.... and it's not like I could do much just returning kicks/punts.... so, Madden thinks we're way better than the Redskins (who got beat 48-6 in the NFC Championship ). But we did lose twice to the Saints.... and once to the Jets :'(

Three years ago the Eagles actually won the division.

Two years ago people thought the Eagles were a shoo-in because of the Vick and the Eagles projected D.

Last year a remarkable number of people felt that the prior year was a fluke and the Eagles were going to start winning in spite of how bad they'd done the year prior.

I'm not even sure how you can have watched NFL programming, or read NFL forums, and not remember this.

Oh, I must have misunderstood... Well, right on then!

Thank God someone else out there sees the fact that Foster was not very good to begin with. I'm not a UT fan (although I go to school here lol), but I watched enough of their games to know that he just wasn't that good.

And you don't go from being an average college RB, at best, to being an elite NFL RB.

Also, I think it's painfully obvious that the guy tries to be different on purpose just to get attention and look cool - like with his interest in politics, becoming a vegan, etc. I do like that Madden commercial he's in though!

And my hate for Foster has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that he plays for a division rival. I'm not like that... I like and respect some players on the Texans, Jags, and Colts, but I can smell an overrated phony from a mile away - and Foster is just that. Like you said about Ben Tate... it almost doesn't matter what RB they put back there.

I didn't think Tannehill would be much of anything when he was drafted and even though the only full game I've watched him play was when he threw 3 picks against us and lost 37-3 (), I think he'll be a good QB... never elite or anything like that, but in the middle of the pack - like Schaub maybe.

I mean, he's only been a QB for a couple years now (after playing WR for a while), right? He'll only get better.
