And Empire of Dreams is not true HD. They replaced all the film clips with HD clips. Everything else is SD.
Original clips are replaced with SE clips.

Is Menace's DNR gone? Does Clones have it's original colour timing?

Those shots look miles better than the BD's.

The special editions were the ones I saw the most as a kid (saw SW in the theater at the time), so in general the 97 versions are sort of how I remember them. So Jedi Rocks doesn't really bug me. My last couple re-watches though have been the despecialised though and I do think I prefer those...except one thing. I think Yub Nub is dreadful.

They shot at the same time on the Blu-ray, it's the other editing of the scene that's been changed.
