that is a fact- just checked the hdtv version- and there is no blink-

Well, in that case I'm pissed as hell to see that the Falcon Training scene was not fixed. Saber is still green

That ****ing sucks!

It appears slightly blue (white from other angles) after Ben puts the helmet on Luke... it's like they did an automated restoration for this scene...

That obviously failed in 2004, why would they rinse & repeat with this release...

ARGH! This is the ONE THING that REALLY bugged me with the DVDs... All the other changes they made, Wickett Blinks! But they couldn't fix the lightsaber colour...

me = pissed the **** off!

Methinks crazyBLUE is going to have a field day deleting posts linking to leaked images/video.

According to people at milleniumfalcon, the ROTJ clip exhibits an update of Wicket's eyes, which are now more animated in close-ups. Sigh...

yeh, it's still green. What's the betting that they have just fixed that one shot. The colour timing for all three videos is exactly the same as the 2004 versions too.

The saber is still green, less green, but still green.

Right when Luke switches it off, it's a pale green.

When Ben puts the Blast Helmet on, it becomes barely green, almost white

When the remote shoots and hits Luke, the saber finally becomes blue

its absolutely the 2004 transfer, but it has been remastered as stated everywhere.

It is the same as the 2004 transfer. I just compared the exact same frame and the sabre is identical in colour. Also they didn't fix the white laserblast that comes from the remote, which was only an error in the 2004 versions.
