What does that have to do with not liking a change? When a person says I don't like this, they are thinking for themselves.

There are some people that can't seem to handle the fact that others have differing opinions so they talk about how those people must be drones and rant about "prequel bashing" and "Lucas bashing" as if it were illegal to have an opinion at all.

I guess I also don't believe the person that comes in about every 20th post stating they're cancelling their pre-order. They're all getting it don't let them fool you.

Here's a thought what if the NOOOO sound clip is not from ROTJ.

What if Lucas went in and changed the NOOOO from ROTS.

Kind of like Vader now saying "No! NOOOOOO!!" when he was silent for over two decades. I guess George wanted to explain Vader's change of heart to everyone, 'cause nobody can think for themselves... OOYFM

I've never said that about Star Wars before. I've always been willing to buy the films, even with the tweaks.

But this goes beyond that. I spent yesterday watching the 4x3 letterbox Unaltered Trilogy just to get the bad taste of "Nooooooooo!!!" out of my mouth.

If this change is accurate, then I will swear on anything anyone wants me to swear on. I will not touch this with a frakking thousand foot pole.

Classic!

http://www.rte.ie/ten/2011/0831/lucasg.html

Celebrity berating of George Lucas:

Famous Star Wars fan Simon Pegg has been tweeting all day about the changes. He's particularly angry about the change to Vader's redemption saying "Always loved Vader's wordless self sacrifice. Another ****ty, clueless, revision like Greedo and young Anakin's ghost. What a ****ing shame."

Pegg went on to berate George Lucas for his frequent altering of the loved films: "I wonder if George Lucas will ever replace himself with CGI. He should do. He's a muppet."

Well,is this guy onto something? Cos runtime differences don't occur with blu rays, right? It's 24p everywhere.

It's the same attitude I a saw back in 2004 with the lightsaber & music issues. Many came up with the ridiculous notion that the clips they were viewing were just early test discs, despite the fact that there was no reason in the world to suppose that was the case. Then they acted shocked when the viewed the final product.

Does anyone have early screenshots that show a green tint in any of the movies?

Can't believe it still bothers me. It's like getting upset because a dead relative's corpse has rotted a bit more.

Wasn't going to buy them anyway. Not even going to watch borrowed copies now. The only thing I'd buy is the original, original three on blu.

I'm hearing some rumblings about supposed audio additions to the original trilogy on the Star Wars Blu-Rays. Is this a hoax? Suspect it is.

Guess he just got himself written out of Red Tails 2 - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Till someone reviews these and can confirm than it's not legit plain and simple.

Or just maybe from a 2-D perspective it looks like he couldn't but from another angle there's enough room to move?
