The leaks of the OT seem pretty final to me. The leak of Emprie is actually a German copy which has DTS MA 5.1. Even the youtube video just posted is promoting the German DTS MA 5.1 for Germany.

Those clips of TPM look really great in that trailer - look at Darth Maul pulling down his hood.

It seems that ep 4 and ep 6 are from asian discs,ep 5 is from german disc...

I'm surprised Lucasfilm hasn't threatened lawsuits against pirating the leaked rips. I know it happens with most releases, but something this big almost calls for that type of response from the studio.
Typically Fox send screeners on the week of release (Mon or Tue). Beielve me all of the site would love to get a review first. I am sure some smaller sites will throw something "out there" really fast" to get some hits, but that is not what this site is about. I'll admit that I am biased, but I am sincere when I state that br.com has the best team of Blu-ray reviewers in the planet. Casey did an awesome, ethical, and complete analysis on the Alien box set and he will deliver for SW. Heck, I am as excited as any of you guys for the reviews to come out.

How the world has changed that people freely discuss and have knowledge of pirate copies of a film, once you would hide in terror for the knock at the door because you had a bootleg VHS in your cupboard. Is anything really illiegal anymore, does anyone really suffer the consequences of their actions? Give it 10 years and the movie business will be gone.
So...wait...let me get this straight: I gave you specifics that you weren't previously aware of and you're mad at me for it???

I don't need to take a "chill pill." I'm perfectly calm. You're the one who seems to be in a huff.

This is more or less the first time I visit this thread, so I don't know the specifics. I know there is a riot about all these changes, but that's the extent of it. Don't really care too much either, to be frank.

He hasn't disappeared, he posted on 31st August and it got lost due to the constant BS spouted in this forum such as:

'Boo Hoo, Darth Vader says No, cancelled my pre-order (but haven't really, just wanted to be part of an internet gang that doesn't actually exist so I feel wanted)'

and

'ILM lied (although they have only done what they said they were going to do, even to the extent of returning the lightsabres to their original intention. Anyone seen how crap the lightsabres look in the '77 version of ANH, well, they have been returned)'

What do you aim to achieve by belittling Ken? A virtual pat on the back from the 'I'm an online bully and proud of it' gang? He doesn't seem to be anyone with either the ability or agenda to lie (read between the lines )

All this talk about the Nooooo. I played it for my father and he thought it added to the scene. I'm not sure until I see it after watching the rest of the film for an hour and three quarters.

I had thought though regarding the voice over. To tie it all up I would have thought some of the following may have worked better:

Obi Wan from ROTS "You were the chosen one Anakin"

Anakin's mother " He was meant to help you"

Qui Gon "He will bring balance to the force" can't remember if he says this or Windu when in conversation.

Or even Vader "I am your father Luke" with the dialogue bunched up a bit so it doesn't take so long to say.

Some of these or a combination would have really joined it alltogether, there should be something that makes him remember as a boy. That is what he should be thinking when he sees the Emperor killing Luke.

I actually think then the ghost could appear as TPM Anakin, himself at his most loving memory when he is freed by Qui gon.

On a different note, whoever gets the Blu Rays first and reviews with all the Yes's and Nooo's etc, can you please put the page number in your sig. This thread is increasing by about 40 pages a day, it would be nice to find what we are looking for easily. Thanks.

I saw the screenshot, it was the whole browser window, we can even see his real name. Seemed like it was from Lucasfilm to me. I don't know, he didn't seem like very good with computers, we even had to teach him how to take the screenshot so he can't possibly fake that. I don't know, anything cam happen on internet.

Casey Broadwater should be reviewing this, as he always does for FOX releases.

I know the right people, I guess. It's the European edition. Which I prefer, by far, as I hate packaging with cardboard pockets for the discs. This one is a flippable digipack stack. The BDs are way more practical to take out.
