Anyone know who played Jabba in A New Hope? Some poor actor whose performance was cut for a couple of decades, only to eventually have his scene put back in and the replaced (looking like an inflated balloon in the first SE). The only pic I recall seeing was in the Marvel comic.

I think it's been pretty-well established that this is clearly the case. 2011 SEs along with the UOT on their own discs; in 1080p from brand-new 4k masters; 12-disc set.

Also: They fixed all of the lightsabers, the color timing issues, the audio changes turned out to be a hoax, the PT deleted scenes are most certainly on the set, all of the extras from the 2004 boxset and the PT 2-disc sets are in the set, everybody is happy with the packaging, Han shoots first, and the Star Wars Live Action TV series is currently shooting for a 2012 premiere date. Everything is fine, everybody is number one happy. George Lucas is dear leader.

To comment on all those "pre-order cancelings". I don't believe any true Star Wars fan cancels his blu-ray pre-order, for that he/she loves the movies too much. Those who are whining about the changes should not be so nostalgic about the original trilogy. These are "movies" guys, it's not an actual event that has been changed. And if you don't like the new versions, stick with the 2006 DVDs or the LD and VHS releases for that matter...

And in the end they are George Lucas' movies.. Yeah yeah we fans made these movies a success, I know! ;-)

So stop being so negative and enjoy the versions of the movies you like.

I can deal with all the changes lucas has ever made except for the NOOO at the end. That was the final straw. Not only does Vader say it once, but Twice! Actually if he only said it once it would've sounded a lot better! I'll just buy the prequels now, I didn't think the Originals would look incredible on blu ray anyway, the movies are too old.

I would just like to do that. And i will if you tell me how i can enjoy the version i prefer, wich of course is the unaltered theatrical, in 1080p. Yes, we have them on various formats, but last time i checked, the domain name here had "blu-ray" in it...
