If BB had the bluray it'd be leaked all over the net by now... probably some kind of teaser disc.

Barring more posts being purged, only 30 more pages until the celebratory 1138.

Yancy

LOL and as I post this the purging begins.

That was Matthew Wood, but I think the only report that quoted him saying that was from the Home Theater Forum.

Anyway, not all of the fixes was done from listening to the complaints, there are some that they discovered themselves, like announcer in the podrace scene. That shows that they did meticulously analyze the movies and fix any issues, with 4 years spent for that, I'm not worried. This might be the best presentation of the Star Wars Saga.

Sorry, what is the issue in that shot?

It appears that the windows showing the outside world are STILL missing. The ones that our heroes had just walked by a few seconds ago.

That was one fix that I was sure that they were going to correct for this set.

Or maybe its not supposed to be the same place. Maybe by changing it once, they are making it two locations.

How come we STILL can see a TIE fighter showing through the Millennium Falcon in this shot????

I thought that this was one of the very first mistakes that they noticed so LONG ago?

.

It's called perspective. The T.I.E. Fighter is actually in front of the Falcon, not behind it.

That's the very first thing that came to mind, so who's piloting it then...

Oh okay, thanks! Will have to check it on my DVD again. Gosh! So many things I never noticed before, Humdinger glitch, etc. My 20/20 vision isn't as perfect as I thought.

That is one thing that really does need to be fixed for the Blu-Ray. It was a glaring error that was only caused by an addition for the SE. Surely they could see the continuity mistake they made here?

Unless they magically transported to a new location in a split second then they can't have been trying to make it a new location. It was just an addition that wasn't properly thought out.

If only someone would come along and fix those glaring oversights. It would also be rad if Lobot had three eyes.

Indeed - that's the first thing that came to my mind. But when you think about it, it should be at least a bit larger than the fighters behind the Falcon (which are further away from the camera) - but it appears to be the exact same size.

Wow, I guess so! It "was" at 1108 pages, & now it's at 1104.

I Too was going to note, "Just 30 More Pages til' 1138".

ON TOPIC... Though I did the Barnes/Noble 50% off Pre-order back in April, more than likely I won't see the set til' "hopefully" sometime later the next week (9/19-9/23). I really hope they ship out orders on time or maybe a day or 2 early so those of us who did order them, get them ON or very Near the Release Date.

Correct.

Which puts it behind the Falcon.

Same thing here...I'm willing to wait a bit given the fantastic price.

Although I'm a big UOT guy...I'm super excited to see what has been changed/corrected and what hasn't to all 6 films. I'm also excited to watch the PT again. The Clone Wars has renewed my interest a bit...although it may be tough to get through AOTC. Parts of that film can be pretty brutal at times.

You'll know him when you see him...

That's one of the good things about collecting the action figures at one time...you know who everyone is...no matter how minor the character.
