To be fair, Luke did blow up their Death Star the next day. So he was probably pretty pissed about them killing his Aunt and Uncle. I'm looking forward to seeing that scene on the Blu-ray, actually.

Let's try to get back on topic. But honestly? The scene does cut out after that point.

So we don't know if Luke sat in the Landspeeder and had a good cry. Or if he buried his Aunt and Uncle before returning.

I think Luke felt his whole future flashed before his eyes. He had a connection with Ben, the attachment he obtained with Ben knowing Luke's Father. He probably saw Ben as his one chance to learn about who he really was and it was lost. He almost had all of the answers to his life and it seemed hopeless, once again.

Well, for one, Owen and Beru weren't Jedi.

Although, Luke honored his aunt Beru by wearing her hairstyle in Return of the Jedi.

So it looks like "rips" of the Blu-ray discs have hit the net...and surprise! They didn't change any of the color issues from 2004.

that's because they've already been outed as fakes. nothing but the HDTV rips touted as early blu rips.

The colors don't have issues. You have issues with the color.

I can see that. But, the entire situation asks for a little fun to be poked at.

The Family Guy version of A New Hope is absolutely hilarious and raises a lot of similar points regarding the movie(s).

I'll wait for the ACTUAL Blu-Ray release. Since those images look a bit hinkey.

And certainly don't match any of the actual teaser images that have been officially released.

And until we see some images showing the changes that have been made, there's no proof at all.

Everything has flaws if you look hard enough. This just happens to be the greatest film series and it gets extra attention for that. And there is nothing wrong with that.

Indeed, everything looks blue.

Still, looking on the positive side, at least the blu-ray picture quality seems to be clearly better than the hdtv streams. Thatīs something!

I don't think this deserves any degree of overanalysis... but it's also entirely possible that his reaction to Ben's death seemed stronger because it was ON TOP OF the death of his aunt/uncle. Just within a very short (day or two?) timespan, he's lost everyone close to him.

Still no remastered TPM leak? I'm not buying that these shots are legit.
