Ever heard sound echo in real life? Been to the Grand Canyon? You realize they're in a giant canyon in that scene, right?

I think the intent is clear from the sound that the echo is coming off the walls. Not from Ben.

Well, I was going for all caps, but these boards must have some kind of filter that keeps spammers from doing that.

Vader's first no isn't too bad, but I don't really like the second one simply because it seems like a weird thing to do. Maybe if he did a Hulk impression instead, just doing an angry scream it would have been easier on the ears. I think him screaming no no would make more sense if Luke died and then he just flipped out.

Of course I think the best would be if they just left things be...

What bothers me about those "Nooooo" clips isn't really the fact that Vader says noooo, but that we see the emperor with his mouth wide open, but don't seem to hear him scream until a few seconds later. I kind of hope this isn't really in the movie.

I don't get the complaints?

Obi-Wans new howl sounds just like me sitting on the toilet after a vindaloo.

That sneaky Wood guy must have been sitting outside the cubicle. Clearly, Obi just finished his Jawa Byriani and got caught short

C'mon guys, feel the burn

You know what the first "No" from Vader sounds like?

It sounds like a slowed down version of the "No" from the line from Jedi "No. Leave them to me. I will deal with them myself."

Sorry if anyone has posted this before. I haven't read the last 20 pages lol

In the the making-of documentaries of the prequels, I agree, they all seem like "yes" men.

A small ray of light is emerging at MF.com. They are stating that although this IS the Blu, the files are cack handed in terms of compression which could effect Blacks and Colours. Guess we will only really know when the discs are out, but still a small hope.

Bugger all we can do about Vader who has become a whiny emo.....wait.....I can see the circle is now complete!

I have to agree with you on this one, it could also be a slowed "No" from Empire when he says "No Captain..."

I wonder if all the cells are the same. It would be strange if they are, but it's starting to look that way.

Well... they are His movies and they're paid to realize his ideas. What do you really expect?

Typically that's how movies are maade. The people in charge make the decisions and people make it happen.

Is the added no line in Jedi official? If so can somone post a link to prove that this is legit. I hope it isn't it has to be one of the dumbest changes yet! That's really saying something to! My dad was beside me when I was playing that clip he knows very little of star wars and doesn't care at all about the different versions, or even know what the changes are except the obvious one at the end of Jedi. When he heard that no, he said that has to be a joke it sounds comical!

I've wanted this BD to be PERFECT. Maybe not in terms of image quality, cause they're using old 2K masters once again, but come on, they still didn't fix Luke's lightsaber?! And what's with the AWFUL Ben's howl?

Yes, I'm gonna buy this, but not now, it's not worth the price.

You're not saving 5 bucks, you're spending 5 bucks up front and paying the difference when you pick it up. You're ultimately paying the same as everybody else.

Yes, all the cells are the same.

Unlike the 2000 Phantom Menace VHS Collector's Edition, which gave film strips (5 frames) from an actual theatrical print (meaning every box got a unique set of frames), this "pre-order bonus" is a reproduction of the exact same frame of film. Worthless if you ask me.

Stay away from any film cell with the Senitype brand attatched to it. They will not be unique and will all be reproductions.

and @ Blu-Jawa, you pay $5 to be guaranteed a set on September 16th. So if the set is $89.99, you pay $5 + tax to pre-order, then $84.99 + tax when you pick the set up. No money is saved.
