I still think it would have been cool to have a bonus disc with each trilogy set, I know it made more sense business-wise but the set is still expensive.

It would be pretty neat if Lucasfilm had released the three-disc bonus features set as a standalone release (not sure what they'd charge though) as a compromise (plus a groovy slipcase) for those who wanted to pick the time they bought each trilogy. It would also have appeased the BD fans who haven't got over the changes.

With an updated intro as well. A few Disney films have a tool and Terminator 2 has one. I love that intro with T2 with the footsteps coming towards the viewer and the shattered glass.

I was hoping for the same thing! Unless it's burried in the special features discs somewhere which is highly unlikely.

I'm loving the set so far. I've had to call it quits for today though as I gotta be up in 7 and a half hours

wtf? Amazon still hasn't shipped my order! I paid extra for 2-day shipping. It better be here before Friday or they'll be hell to pay!

Well it had better change status to "Shipping Soon" otherwise I'm cancelling my order and will pick it up locally because I have a marathon party planned all day Friday.

Man, I would never trust Amazon to deliver on time if I was depending on them pulling through to be set up for a party. I'd have tp cancel and pick oneup from a store. Better safe than sorry.

Seriously they will probably not be shipping anything till Wednesday at the latest, even for two day shipping and Prime Members.

This is exactly what they did with X-Men First Class. Except the facility's so close to my building, that I was able to get it a day earlier on Thursday.

My delivery estimate says September 16 but I'm not going to trust that it will deliver on time.

You are probably one of the people that pre-ordered when the set was first announced. Go to your order and reselect 2 day shipping. The delivery date will change to 9/16.
