I watched TPM and AoTC this evening. The DNR on TPM was a little disappointing but I was prepared for it. The proper framing and the new CGI Yoda more than made up for the negative issues.

I was completely blown away by the audio. I happy and relieved that no police were called because it was cranked!

I feel sorry for anyone who is sticking to their boycott of this set.

Eh. There's nothing wrong with the voice. Ahmed Best did an amazing job creating that character.

Just finished ANH, my only one for the night.

Trying out this newfangled 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 6 order you guys say is so good.

It really is all sorts of awesome, honestly.

But the Krayt sound is my only nag, but hey, I knew it was there!

Can't wait to get to 5 and 1 tomorrow!

Well, "Empire" has largely been hailed as the best of the OT by many, and some even say its the best of them all. Lucas was right, though; if Yoda hadn't worked that first time out, it would've meant the end of the series. A lot of people praise Frank Oz's work, but I think Mark Hamill's reactions are what sell the believability of the character.

I would rate the video as 4 to possibly 4.5 out of 5.

As to the audio reproduction I thought that it was excellent in my high end and upgraded audio system. I would rate the audio playback as 4.5 at least of 5.

I will watch hopefully 2 or 3 additional in the Saga tomorrow.

nice gear..sold my Krell 250 player and replaced it with a Krell showcase with hdmi for cd 's via xlrs and through optical out to the new Rega DAC... on my setup, the optimum setting on the Kuro was very bad when it came to the faces of the live characters..none were good but the opto i felt was the worst...as i said the rest looked damn good...and as good as i felt the audio is..it is not demo material with numerous better sounding Bd's out there..hopefully it gets better in II and III and i already anticipate a fall off in the OT due to age and technology

Really , that's strange . I don't know if it's because of DNR but parts looked like a cartoon. I loved it though.

The scene where Jar jar is allowed to leave with Obi and Qui Gon is really awkward. He gets uncuffed and in a split second reevaluates going. There's no pause and it doesn't flow. I was hoping that would of been fixed.

Does anyone else find it rather annoying going through the special features? They set this whole thing up by planets. It took me awhile to figure it out and all that time and it was some stupid low quality scene idk it was weird haha the PT deleted scenes are worthless to me.

I forgot to say how cool it was to see the words "May the force be with you" going around in a circle in the center of the last disc main menu in Aurabesh Font.

I feel the same way about everything between 1997 and 2011, but I bought the blus anyway.

I'm so glad I decided to bite the bullet and get the complete saga. I've only watched episodes I & II but they are actually better then I remember. I just wish the PQ looked as good as LotR Blu-ray's did.

After the complete mess that was my experience with Amazon, where they lost my SW: Complete Saga set, I called them up and just out right cancelled it.

I ended up going to Walmart, where they still had a few left as well as the posters they were giving away for the midnight event. They were even nice enough to give both me and my brother one, even tho he was luckily enough to actually get his order from Amazon.

I just sent a pretty bitter email to Amazon. No one messes with my Star wars weekend plans!

Watching TPM it seems like they put a bunch of random dinos in there kinda like in the OT. Maybe I just haven't paid attention but it seemed different than last time.

The movie looks amazing though.
