The original DVDs have exclusive extras that haven't been released anywhere else. For instance, some of the deleted scenes and BTS featurettes.

Crazy that the 2011 Complete Saga set is essentially bargain bin stuff nowadays. We had a copy at the store I work at for $14.99, and I snatched it up.

I got it as a gift when it first came out, but you know when you're young and you sell crap because you want something else? Never again, I'm hanging on to this one forever!

I pretty much only own this for the extras and to assuage my conscience of owning the Despecialized Edition.
