My favourite line? Got to be Moff Jerjerrod bricking it when Vader tells him that the Emperor isn't pleased with how the Death Star II is coming along: "We shall double our efforts!". You're damned right you will.

And the absolute best has to be Vader's first breath at the end of RotS. So, so epic. I very nearly tear up.

the best lines by far are-

"All too easy" "perhaps your not as strong as the Emperor thought!"
"impresive, most impresive".

And this line from what i consider to be one of the best scenes in the entire saga, Lando taking Han,Chewie and Leia to Vader? and they didn't have a clue, even though C3PO was shot by a Storm Trooper after arriving on Bespin, he thought he heard R2 in the background?

"we'll be honoured if you'll join us"
"i'm, sorry they arrived right before you did"

Regarding 3-PO being blown to bits.

I always assumed that it was Boba that blasted him and not a Stormtrooper because there is no static from his mic that is heard throughout their lines in a new hope.

The Troopers had their helmets off when C-3PO walked in on them.

I just assumed that Boba was hanging out with them until the 'sh*t-hit-the-fan'.
