Wouldn't the UK release cut out the Jango Fett headbutting Obi-Wan scene? Buying the UK version would be like getting .000001% less Star Wars.

First post, btw.

I'm not having a go, just asking, why would you want to buy the UK set just for the box art? Its sitting on a shelf. Also the Jango head butt will be missing!!

Not necessarily. The BBFC are usually more lenient after a few years. It's been 9 years since AotC was released, the last thing the BBFC would be worried about is a headbutt, especially considering other releases like The Human Centipede II. So I think it'll be uncut, this time round.

Wasn't the Human Centipede II banded?

Yes, that's why I'm saying they'd be more worried about that sort of film than some headbutt in Attack of the Clones.

Really dont like how they have the discs crammed in that cardbard sleave.
Ok everyone is saying this is like the Alien Anthology; well I don't have that so I wouldn't know what that means; but do we know for sure the discs slide in and out of a cardboard holder, causing scrapes to the discs at every use? If so that is terrible news since I am obsessive about keeping my discs without scratches/scrapes

Maybe Lucas will put some CGI centipede action with Leia and the green dancer in Jabba's palace?

I'd like to know who designed the art covers of this set and make him watch an Uwe Bolle movie marathon.

Now Indiana Jones is another matter - the draw of Indy I will be unable to resist.
What? Seriously? DVD? What's that?

So Im sure this has been asked a dozen times, but considering how many pages are on this forum I just have to ask for myself rather than dig through pages of posts to find the answer.

Are we %100 positive that the Original Theatrical Versions are not going to be on this set? Could it be a last minute surprise (I'm not holding my breath)?

Thanks! And sorry again for the repeat question!

I think it's highly highly unlikely that they will be on this set. Lucas said it was "too expensive" to do it (yes, billionaire Lucas), so I think it's near 100% possibility that they won't appear.

I definitely love how sleek this set is. Much better than the UK version, at least to me.

Oh my God this set can't come out soon enough just so it'll end the banter about boxes and disc art.

It's not for the box art. it's for the box itself. Those "sleeves" are horrendous. I don't want it in a sleeve. They can rip and they can scratch the discs. I prefer cases.
