Well originally Bail and Wedge Antilles were the same person as Bail was Wedge's original name until the 4th draft of ANH, so they are related... from a certain point of view

Trying to get thru this massive thread by searching, but it's proving difficult. I've seen what seems to be official pics of the complete US boxset here in this thread, but the UK pictures were not coming up.

Can someone direct me to what post#'s show the pics. I'm hoping to see pictures of the complete boxset as well as the OT & PT boxset.

It would be nice if someone could actually post them on the first post, but any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: I see the pictures of the covers of the 3 boxsets on the first post, but to clarify, I'm looking for more detailed pics of what's inside the boxsets.

Thank you so much. So looks like the UK comes in individual cases and artwork on the discs. Do we know if the booklet is the same?

Also, any pics of the OT & PT boxsets? Thx.

Ah... This is must be what I meant about Wedge been posh. I guess he re-dubbed (or these are different takes) his lines as I don't think he sounds like that in the final cut.

They're not individual cases it's a Digistack, each disc is on a blue tray like the Alien Quadrilogy DVD set. We get the pictures from the US set in a booklet and we both get disc guides (I think which are the same).

Where is this picture from? If this is from the BD, then I'm feeling more confident about this release. If this is "photoshopped", then you need to go to work for ILM.

Looks like a [good] photoshop job

It's easy enough to do it for one still image, but to do it consistently for 250+ frames (thats about 10 seconds) is another story.

Vader's lightsaber in my avatar is a ps job as well

And yet Adywan, who doesn't have access to millions of dollars of equipment like LFL, was able to do it with a home PC.

at the previous complaints about the opacity of the speeder cockpits. They were never properly fixed before. Fiddled with, yes. Fixed, hell no. It's a strange one because plenty of other transparencies were corrected.

I just hope all of the glaring garbage mattes from ROTJ have been erased, not least that shot where the TIE fighters follow the Falcon into the Death Star II.

So many people have done a bang up job with the limited resources. No matter what versions you like there is no reason LFL to not do the best that they can do. It's not a good thing when fans actually do a better job. Hopefully that will not be the case this time.

Have you seen any of the restoration jobs? If not you should go check one out.....also at least your photoshop job is closer to the right color.

Huh? "They" who? ILM? They already redid it and got it wrong on the DVDs. Adywan redid it and got it abso-freaking-lutely right.
