As for Yves Corbeil, yes he is everywhere it's almost funny. I think I even heard he is now making dubs even for the France dubbing
Do you remember if here (Québec) we got the France translation of names like 6PO instead of C3PO and D2-R2 instead of R2-D2, etc.? It's like the Harry Potter and the LOTR books/movies, very hard to follow once you know the real name of a place or character!

And since the Episode I, I always watched these movies in English.

Oh baby, Vader was rocking a more RED than pink sabre in ESB.....woohoo. Still not perfect though.

Also, got to love HD, I have NEVER noticed the aerials on the rebels helmets before in the scene in ANH where the stormtroopers are boarding.

Why all of the information coming out of Germany, they clearly need a big push or lots of convincing?

The more clips I see, the more I'm getting the feeling that, besides the digital Yoda in Episode I, Lucas didn't have ILM change anything at all...nothing that's noticeable.

Where are these clips coming from? Are they official? Strange that we are not seeing anything regarding Yoda in TPM or any of the other important issues that have been discussed.

On a BD related note, I was troubled with my pre-order because I had placed it Jan. 6th with 2-day shipping and for months now Amazon was giving me Sept. 27th as the Delivery Date. A full 11 days after it was supposed to be out! A few days ago, I decided to go into my account and reapply the 2-day shipping, and guess what? It came to $4 cheaper and it now has Sept. 16th as the Delivery Date. Wonder what the bejeezus I was paying for if it wasn't 2-day shipping, but cost more? Just kinda wierd to me is all.

I suppose it could eject the pilots capsule and not just the pilot. Sort of like an escape pod. I am sure one of the nerds on here will elaborate further with detailed blueprints, working examples and maybe even footage!

does anybody know 100% if the puppet yoda has been replaced with cgi yoda in TPM?

Also are there any other additions or fixes?

A list of what's changed/addes would be a good idea.

Right, i compare the video on youtube with the dvd. Excluded the resolution (and the relative advantages) the master is the same.
The color, and the black are identical. The lightsaber is the same. The lightsaber color shades change frame by frame. .

Why are burned in subtitles a bad thing? You'd prefer the goofy looking half-on-the-movie, half-on-the-black-bar subtitles that the DVD's had? This actually looks like they did in the theater. I can't see how that's a bad thing.

The In-Universe explanation from the various handbooks and comics is that the pilot ejects with his chair from the ship. And then a force field generated by the chair similar to the ones uses to keep atmospheres inside of docking bays surrounds them and gives them a breathable atmosphere for a limited time. Though I also think the idea of the cockpit capsule ejecting into a mini-escape pod would be more feasible.

On Topic: Loving all the clips we're seeing from the films leading up to the release.

Really wish we'd get a clip with TPM Yoda though, just to be sure it was really replaced.

I think CGI Yoda is the disc cover for the Phamtom Menace's BD, so if it isn't in the actual film, it wouldn't really make sense to have that image on the disc.

We're seeing totally different clips, I guess.

With every clip I see, I'm more and more encouraged and excited.

Can't wait for the Podrace scene, most of all.
