UltraHD Blurays and players will start coming by Christmas 2015. Still buying blurays

Yeah...Samsung products aren't allowed in my house anymore. I had one of their early, upconverting DVD players. Remember about 10 years back when an upconverting DVD player cost about $400.00? That damn thing literally ATE discs. It had some flaw that caused the disc drive spindle to rise before the disc loading drawer was fully closed...pushing the spindle onto the bottom of the disc (not into the center hole) and jamming the drawer. Most expensive and worst DVD player I ever owned. I had two of their TV sets and even one of their cameras crap out. I'm done.

The player they are showing is not likely a player at all. It seems to be another mock-up box which is getting people VERY excited for some reason. I have seen no report (and I've been asking all day on forums) that this box has been shown to operate. I'm not aware that a real UHD BD disc has ever been demonstrated.

This is sort of a re-run of the fake Panasonic box that was shown last winter but people are more excited now because we are closer to promised date of UHD BD (which, as it turns out, will not really be 2015 afterall).
