Some of the choices in the film that seem really inconsequential, like the newspaper man grabbing the deli meat, just add such a disgusting layer on top of certain scenes. Quite a few times I found myself grinning widely. I love it when tiny things make scenes so much better like that.

Nice maybe unrated RotLD 3 this time around!

Lionsgate can only release what they have. They don't have CHUD.

Robocop already got a remaster a couple of years ago, so that's not needed.

Killer Klowns is a good guess for a future release though.

Unless you're paying via PayPal, in which case you are charged immediately.

Grabbed Destroyer / Edge of Sanity the other day during an ebay seller's Buy-Two-Get-One-Free sale.
I also grabbed Black Swan and Pulse (2006), all for about $24 bucks shipped; pretty good deal all things considered.

No great surprise, but Scream confirmed on Facebook that the SDCC reveals comprised their slate for November, December and early next year, meaning (in theory) that there should be no further additions to the line-up. I guess this also means we probably shouldn't expect any more title announcements until October.

I wonder how many more releases we can expect for November on top of the two Cronenberg titles? I'll guess two, maybe The House That Screamed and Dead of Winter. December might bring us another 2 or 3, one of which should be Black Christmas. I imagine the Poltergeist sequels and Bubba Ho-Tep will be saved for early next year, though I'd love to see Ben and Willard released before Christmas (it's possible, given that you can't imagine them being heavy on extras).

Surely Slumber Party Massacre II/III will be one of the first of the 13 announced released this year. October/November seems right on track for that one. That's the only release I will likely pre-order, especially in light of the upcoming Vestron stuff which I am going to try and stay ahead of from the start so I can collect that full line. I've fallen too far behind to stay on top of the newest Scream Factory releases, but continue to slowly pick up as much as I can each month to make up ground.

Ok CMAC posts some news/announcement so we can stop talking about Vestron!

Scratch what I said about Bubba Ho-Tep coming next year - it's set for 8th November!

I didn't expect 3 CE's for November. Could be a bumper month.

Do you have a list of what is coming when, or has it thus far just been comments in response to others on the facebook page?

For November releases I was going on the bottom of this page, though oddly Bubba Ho-Tep has now been removed (must have jumped the gun a little):

https://www.shoutfactory.com/new-releases

In terms of unscheduled titles, that leaves:

Black Christmas CE (which Scream have said should be coming before Christmas, so December)
Dreamscape CE
Poltergeist 2 CE
Poltergeist 3 CE
Slumber Party Massacre 2+3 Double Feature
Dead of Winter (you'd think this was coming before Christmas)
Ben
Willard
The House That Screamed

Looks like they did, in fact, jump the gun a little.

Bruce Campbell (Ash Vs Evil Dead) plays “Elvis”, who takes on a 3,000 year-old mummy in BUBBA HO-TEP, the 2002 cult horror-comedy classic from Director Don Coscarelli (Phantasm). Here’s the early details we have so far:

- Official street date is planned for November 8th

- This will be a branded as a "Collector's Edition" that will come with a slipcover.

- The Coscarelli-approved newly-commissioned front-facing artwork you see pictured comes to us from artist Joel Robinson (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Serpent and the Rainbow). The original theatrical poster image will be on the reverse side of the wrap.

- Bonus features and specs are still in progress and will be announced sometime in Sept/Oct.

- Pre-order now directly from our website @ https://www.shoutfactory.com/…/bubba-ho-tep-collector-s-edi… which includes shipping two weeks early plus a free 18” x 24” poster of the newly-designed key art (while supplies last)!
