But the following are all upcoming 2017 releases. There are a few more that don't have set dates, but please look at the original post.

Got an email about a valentines sale. Nothing really catches my eye for the price, another let down for me, but there are a few good deals.

Yeah, I'm hoping that Shout has a general sale itself so I can preorder the FEB-MAY things I want.

Target's current Buy 2 get 1 free sale is better. They don't have every SF in stock though.

I'll likely pick up The Vampire Lovers for $7.99, Session 9 for 14.99, and maybe TCM2 for $16.99.

Pre-order links will go up sometime next month.

Although "noun" may be in "announce", announce is not a noun.

Awesome news about Island of Terror, I'm in for anything with Peter Cushing or Christopher Lee!

ISLAND OF TERROR is Universal so it being announced eventually by Scream was kind of expected. I have no clue who owns NIGHT OF THE BIG HEAT in the US. It never even had a VHS release here.

I am completely aware of its alternate title in the US for theatrical. I was saying that the film never had a VHS release in the US (unless unauthorized from Sinister or whatnot).

So cool that Island of Terror and Angry Red Planet are coming this year. I know there has been an ongoing restoration of 1963's Day of the Triffids over the last few years... I wonder if Scream Factory could swing a deal to release it on Blu-ray?

I already have the UK release of Island of Terror. It is region free. Fortunately there are other Scream titles that interest me. I already have a pre-order on Invasion of the Bee Girls.

The owner of Day of the Triffids (Michael Hyatt) wants too much for it because he made a huge investment to restore the film, but Screenbound (formerly Odeon) pictures seems to be willing to spend and are working on a bluray release.

Another really good pre 80s movie that needs a release is Dark Places with Christopher Lee

Yes agree. They seem a lot cheaper and lack the quality look prior to the Army of Darkness release.
