Really hoping for a Shout release of Pump Up the Volume this year. Not Scream related, but maybe it will have the Candyman effect if I say it enough times

Since Shout now owns the Corman catalog, a Blu-ray upgrade of Twice Dead should happen eventually. I watched it again over the weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The film is already a blast but Jill Whitlow makes it even better

I know it's Shout Select, but I received Someone to Watch Over Me the other day, and it looks great. It's a simple story, but Ridley Scott lets the characters carry the weight, and the visuals are over-the-top spectacular. In his earlier days, Scott really had a flair for turning cities into neon noir masterpieces. I feel like Michael Bay tries to copy the way Scott used color in his earlier films. Either way, it's an impressive release, and great to finally have it on Blu-ray.

They barely just wrapped up the Valentines day sale, it's much to early for the March Madness sale (if one happens). We likely won't hear a peep about it until late March if/when the sale goes live.

The month before Comic Con? Probably going to be a light month in anticipation of the SDCC announcements. Maybe a couple of war flicks for Father's Day.

Check the link in my thread "Recommend a Modern Indie Horror film" if you like indie horror. Start on Page 1. There are a ton of quality recommendations. The first 30 or so pages are quite full of people throwing out ideas that are found on page 1.
