Is this happening to anyone else?
There is still an issue with Paypal. I had to use Amazon pay for the order to process. I got VP Collection III, Road House and Death Wish 3 with the $10 discount code.

Is their shipping times extremely backed up for anyone else? I placed an order two weeks ago (April 25th) for a small order 3 blu rays and they still haven’t shipping. I know their shipping times aren’t the best but this seems ridiculously bad. (I emailed a few days ago but haven’t had a response)

Yeah, it's been pretty bad for over a month in comparison to other labels. Your order will probably ship in the next week I would guess.

It seems that lots of titles are out of stock. I just got an shipping notice yesterday for a title that was part of an order I placed on 4/2 (Blood From The Mummy’s Tomb). I placed an order on 4/30 for 9 titles, and 2 of them shipped the next day, but I’m still waiting for the rest. They seem to be shipping things they have in stock 24-48 hours after ordering.

A placed an order for 3 titles a couple weeks ago, they shipped it 2 days later & I had them in hand by the end of that week. I think it might depend on the titles ordered.

A few months ago I tried to cancel an unshipped order and it took me a lot of emails and nearly two weeks to finally get it canceled. I posted about the hassle and a Shout fanboy ranted about me being “entitled” and that no one cared about my troubles with Shout. Hahahaha. Anyway, I haven’t ordered from the Shout site since then, but hopefully things have improved? Good luck, Duke, and let us know how it goes.

Yeah. As I stated a couple pages back, it took a solid two weeks for them to ship my order of 3 Blu-rays; actually only two of them shipped, Slither is currently backordered apparently. I sent them an email to ask what was up and it took them about 5 days to respond. It's all got to do with the current coronavirus situation. Be patient, they will ship eventually.

I had no idea that there was a Pink Panther film collection and that it includes the 1976 film that was omitted from the old MGM DVD set. I've been meaning to upgrade that old set even if it'll be painful to get rid of the cool packaging. Speaking of packaging, I assume that the $15 price difference between Shout and Amazon has something to do with Amazon not carrying it with the slipcover.

I too love the Hammer releases, I've got every Shout/Scream Factory Hammer release to date and I've got all the upcoming ones pre-ordered. Really hoping we see Curse of Frankenstein as well, shocked it's one of the last Hammer films to get a Blu-ray as it was the one that really started the big horror boom for them.

Default The Curse of Frankenstein

It's the one that needs the most work on it's elements. The UK blu ray is dreadful. It's a combo where the dvd has more clarity than the blu.

I'm back with another random suggestion for the Shout Factory insiders (assuming they are still checking in from time to time)... having just finished up both Trilogy of Terror and Trilogy of Terror II last night I feel like the world is ready for a Trilogy of Terror III and that this would be a great project for the Shout Studio's production team. Anthology films almost always are viewed fondly by the horror community and the Trilogy of Terror property would provide a bit of instant name brand recognition to the still young Shout Studios. The production team would be able to come up with 2 entirely unique stories and then once again present the third story as a continuation of the events of Trilogy of Terror II's Zuni Fetish Doll's ending in the same way that Part II's story continued the events from part 1.

The Trilogy of Terror films have themselves been fairly simple budget minded affairs making a potential sequel a relatively low risk investment. I certainly would be much more willing to take a chance on it than I would something like Fender Bender or the other Shout Studio releases thus far thanks to both the Anthology format and the name recognition of the title and more than anything... I just really want to see this fun series continue as it's been 20+ years again since the last entry and it would be fun to see the release pattern continue again with a sequel so long after the last movie.

I'm hoping for The Curse of Frankenstein as well. Are we sure that it's Scream Factory that's to release this and not Warner Archive?

It comes in a slipbox with a booklet.

Over the past month and a half, during various sales/promotions, I've ordered around thirty-five Blu-rays directly from the SF site. As of today, I think that seven of them have shipped. It almost always takes weeks, and sometimes, up to a month, for me to get my orders from them.

Due to the Covid situation though, and due to the ongoing fact that they have a longstanding policy of listing releases as being in stock on the website, when they are actually back-ordered (a policy that I have asked them to change repeatedly-- still waiting), I am counting on it taking up to three months to receive all of the thirty-five (or so) Blu-rays.

If most of them arrive sooner, it will be a pleasant surprise. Knowing what to expect from them, from years of past experience, makes it a lot easier for me not to get too stressed out over slow fulfillment of my orders. They always finally show up, but it takes a lot of patience.
