Tank girl is one of the worst things Ive ever seen

I liked the captain america movie, but that was a long time ago.

tmnt3 should be on that list, not 2.

I bet it's on there because of the Vanilla Ice scene.

Yes, with typical Yahoo!Movies restraint and perspective, it IS only on there for the Vanilla Ice scene.

(Which, to be fair, was the only entertaining scene in the movie--This was back in the pioneer days when New Line didn't expect to have a hit, was giggly-surprised when anything actually merited a sequel, and rushed them into production without an actual script...
TMNT2 isn't bad-bad, but it's not as pop-cool as the first one, and doesn't have the benefit of an interesting concept like the third one; it's just, y'know, there. In between.)

As for the others, I just don't have as much of a murderous vendetta against "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" , saw "Tank Girl" at a film festival (and it was a good version of what the print comic was, even if nobody had ever heard of it), and watched "Ghost Rider" on Blu with no ill effects whatsoever--
As for Elektra and Catwoman, however, yes: Those are evil.

Superman IV and Captain America both suffered from Golan/Globus trying to go A-picture mainstream, Steel suffered from Warner trying to market DC without comic canon (he's supposed to be a Superman offshoot), and ahem...a certain less-than-fantastic four, conspicuous by their absence(s)?

HtD singlehandedly defined the "Marvel Curse", back in the Lou Ferrigno-Hulk days when producers just didn't know what Marvel comics to make or how to make them--
On paper, it seemed like Marvel's "satirical" self-parody anime would make a funny counter-culturey 80's comedy with the right special effects...Unfortunately, even if "satirical" cult-comics ever did work in the movies (hey, I liked "Mystery Men" and "The Mask"!), you sure as heck DON'T give them to the Temple of Doom screenwriters to direct quality comedy, just because you're George Lucas and you're still grateful for "American Graffiti".

(Critics at the time put the finger on the one scene that will be firebranded on our memory:
Howard going to the big-city employment agency...headed by a mouthy-black-female agent...and...no, wait for it...she thinks Howard's trying to get out of a job...because he's wearing a COSTUME! )

I would have to disagree with League of Extraordinary Gentleman and Howard the Duck. I kind of like those movies. They should have included Nick Fury: Agent of Shield with David Hasselhoff, or did they forget that one was ever made? Also, when they listed the Punisher, I hope they meant all of them collectively.

Yes, I liked TLOEGM, but I just watched the trailer for Howard the Duck and it looks horrible.

Sorry, I loved Howard the Duck. Cheesy as all hell, but maybe you had to grow up with it to appreciate its campiness. Superman Returns is the end all, be all worst super hero flick ever made.

I also liked all the Punishers, in their own semi-flawed way. That SHIELD movie with Baywatch boy was horrible; I agree. Daredevil sucked too. But not as bad as Elektra.

Well, lets just say it has a following of fans that can appreciate it. You may watch it and thinks it's the biggest piece of crap ever. I thought it was very funny and entertaining, but I was 19 years old when I first saw it and have always enjoyed it. It's not the best movie ever made, but far from the worst.
