had you looked into using blue conduit or some may refer to it as smurf tube in the walls instead of burring the wire behind the sheet rock. you never know if you will need a hdmi upgrade or if one goes bad. i wired my brothers house with this stuff. we ran conduit behind each wall plate, then he had sound proof spray in insulation put in then the sheet rock. then i went through and pulled speaker wire, cat5, and cable to each one and all of them come out to his media closet. now if he ever needs anything upgraded we pull the old wire out and push a new one through.

This goes to everyone! You should always put the wiring over the fireplace more lower to the left. Putting it in the center would cause problems with the mounting and the height of the tv.
