Default Movie premises that you'll never get sick of watching?

What movie premises do you never get bored of watching?

Mine are time traveling and end-of-the-world type movies. Don't know why but it seem like I never get sick of watching those type of movies. Time traveling movies are intriguing to me. Guess superheroes movies are up there too.

Guy meets girl, guy falls for girl but screws it up, girl picks someone else and then they get together at the end of the movie. Oh and I like action, sci-fi and comedy too but those are more self-explanatory.

Guy is really bad.

Guy goes good.

Good Guy gets pushed and pushed and pushed by guys who think they are bad.

REALLY BAD GUY comes back and LEVELS EVERY THING HE SEES.

Never gets old to me.

That and when the good guys and the bad guys have to work together to defeat a common enemy.

Girl meets girl, girl falls for girl but screws it up, girl picks other girl and then they get together with lots of other girls at the end of the movie.

I'm a huge sucker for road trip movies! I will never get tired of those!

I'm also a big fan of disaster flicks (can't wait for 2012!!)

Underdog sports movies I'm a big fan of as well!

like u mentioned... end of the world scenarios always interest me... but also movies where friends go away on vacation, end up being chased or taken and eventually killed etc.... ie: Turistas, Texas Chainsaw, Vacancy..

Anything British including violence, crime, genuine accents, carefully selected clothes and run-down city scenery. Alcohol or substance abuse is an added bonus!

Examples: Lock Stock, Football Factory, Rise of the Footsoldier, Clubbed and many, many more.

Movies where it starts at a particular point, and the rest of the movie shows how it got to that point. (ex. The Hangover)

Historical Epics, Fantasy and Sci-Fi.

I also like villians whose goals don't seem that evil when you think about them(Watchmen).

I also like 'the hero and villain work together to defeat the bigger threat' idea
